So at least some. If not most of you are already familiar with the often used term “OPM”, correct? “Other Peoples Money.” The term really came into vogue and since been readily adopted and accepted.
And as also as a direct result of the multi billion dollar a year “No Money Down,” creative financing real estate investment industry. And mega popular celebrity real estate investors.
The term has not only become wildly popular. Become it’s also considered very mainstream now as well. Then along came the multi billion dollar a year guerilla and Internet marketing industry.
And now people from literally all over the world. Are also routinely talking about benefiting from some OPA as well. (Other Peoples Audiences.) You understand why they are constantly talking about, right?
Fellow Profit Seeking Entrepreneur If You’re Not Routinely Leveraging Other Peoples Networks! (You’re Missing Out On A Ton Of Potentially Profitable Marketing Opportunities!)
So just to put things in their proper marketing perspective. There’s all types of forms of money making leverage. You and I and other extremely savvy marketers should be systematically and strategically benefiting from.
Case in point. There’s:
- Other Peoples Assets.
- Other Peoples Networks.
- Other Peoples Mistakes.
- Other Peoples Experiences.
- Other Peoples Platforms.
- Other Peoples Resources.
- Other Peoples Expertise.
- Other Peoples Relationships.
And of course “OPA.” (Other Peoples Audiences.) It’s definitely one of the ultimate forms of extremely low cost, high impact marketing leverage and marketing exposure, correct?
The podcast host in question. (In this particular case is the ever so brilliant Mans Nasman. That’s his Linkedin profile link BTW. The dude knows “AI” technology like future Hall of Fame quarterback “Tom Brady” knew “how to” win Super Bowls!

He recently invited me on his podcast. (And of course I readily accepted! Because he and his expert team. Are not only influencers.
But he’s constantly rubbing shoulders with the mega influencers. On an International scale. So you never know who’s listening to his podcast. And who they currently do or will know. (You know?
Scaling Your Efforts Can Be A Whole Lot Easier! (Or Depending On How You Want To Do It! A Whole Lot Harder!)
Are you currently attempting to either:
Build your own podcast audience. Or
Attempting build your awesome on any particular social media platform. (If so, you definitely already know “how” challenging it is to do so, correct?
So doesn’t it makes sense? To systematically leverage the ongoing efforts of others.
Who have already done all or most of the heavy lifting? They strategically tested this and that. When it comes to audience building. You and I and or your major competitors.
Simply show up. And demonstrate your proven expertise. You gain even more credibility. Plus you and I receive an implied endorsement too, correct?
And you don’t invest a nickel for any or all the targeted traffic you receive. Ask anybody who’s trying to build an audience of any kind.
It’s not the easiest task to achieve. Don’t you agree? So let’s start systematically benefiting from some OPA. Get to it.
