Case and point; as you recall in part one. Mega corporate conglomerate Allstate Insurance, formed a strategic alliance of sorts, with the Sears corporation, way back in the day.
And Sears allowed a then, relatively unknown, (yet) clearly up and coming, future Insurance heavyweight, named Allstate, to install tiny kiosks, in order to market/promote, their constant growing selection, of various related products and services, to Sears and other major retailers, daily and weekly foot traffic.
Effective Lead Generation Is Literally The Starting Point Of Creating Multiple Streams Of Income!
For ex; as you recall, at Sears peak, they alone, easily had in excess of 2,000 stores nationwide.
And Allstate had kiosks in at least 85-95% of them. 😀
So within five years, at least 10-15 million unique individuals, passed through one of Sears stores.
And let’s say, the kiosk dealer, which leases and or sold (outright) the kiosk to Allstate.
They convinced Allstate, to offer a free drawing, where once a month, Allstate offered a grand prize winner (and or couple), the chance to win a free life Insurance policy, worth one million dollars and $25,000 dollars in cash!
So let’s say, at least 80% of the fifteen million unique visitors, or twelve million people, enter Allstate-s drawing in the last five years. (15 x .80% = 12.)
As Long As Your Small Business Doesn’t Think Like One You’re Definitely Heading In The Right Direction!
And the kiosk dealer, decides there is simply way too much, previously untapped, long term profit potential, buried in the back end of their business.
So this is the main reason, they agree to dramatically lower the cost of their kiosks,to Allstate (and other potential) customers, so they can get joint custody ownership of those 12 million individuals, (Sears shoppers) who entered Allstate-s free monthly drawing.
And as a direct result, one of the very first non directly competing vendors, the extremely marketing savvy kiosk dealer, formed a strategic alliance, revenue sharing arrangement with,is a world class travel agency.
Don’t You Agree It’s Definitely Worth The Effort To Develop Your Long Term Entrepreneurial Skills!
Just for starters. And they also approach a major airline and hotel chain (or two!), and maybe an extremely popular specialty gift item company,which -takes their orders via the Internet), but delivers via direct snail mail.
And because the extremely marketing savvy kiosk dealer, has all of these back end, potential income producing arrangements in place.
Going forward, it definitely makes sense for the kiosk dealer, to dramatically lower the front end cost of either their leasing and or sales price, if the potential vendor, can generate some type of consumer list, which the kiosk dealer (and or you!) can get joint custody ownership of.
Don’t you agree? But just the combined, potential income generating potential, of the four- previously mentioned, non directly competing industries alone.
Developing Effective Lead Generation Strategies Is Definitely A Must Have Fundamental Skill! (Don’t You Agree?)
The kiosk dealer, can probably make a whole lot more, on a sliding revenue share scale of 25-50% commissions.Pro-actively marketing to their twelve million or so subscribers,as opposed to simply trying to rent, lease or sell their kiosks right? Agreed. 😀
