Is probably nothing like “what” you’re probably thinking it is. Say for example. A commercial real estate building. It has aspiring business owners and profit seeking service providers leasing their various sized spaces, correct? Bingo.

So imagine this all too typical situation. Let’s say they’re are two major Women-s cosmetic distributorship power houses currently located in the heart of downtown Manhattan.

And both are constantly going all in with their social media marketing campaigns. They both also have state of the art WordPress e-commerce sites with extremely active blogs.

They’re also both being extremely proactive youtube channels. And they both also have state of the art, paid email service providers.

However, company (A.)  routinely spends close to $75,000 – $100,000 dollars a month. On their dismally performing, local billboard ad campaigns.

Now before getting into the meat of this particular strategy and tactics. (Ladies and gentlemen take another quick look at main image embedded in this particular blog post.

For just a second. Wanna take an incredibly wild guess. How many employees are in just in the buildings pictured? For “what” Women-s cosmetic distributor company (B.) initially has in mind. I say more than enough to move off center in a major way.

Because this incredibly marketing savvy distribution service. Is going to strategically leverage the fact, 90-95% of those commercial spaces have both owners of businesses or services, which have at least the following four things:

1.) First: The owner(s) themselves have both professional and personal inner circles, do they not? Oh yea.

2.) Second: They have both male & female employees/associates. Do they not?

3.) Three: They have ongoing, established relationships with other influential non directly competing vendors, right?

4.) Four: They also have ongoing established relationships with influential financial providers of various kinds. Local bankers, local commercial Real Estate brokers, extremely high end corporate lawyers or  major Venture Capitalist etc.

So imagine if you will entrepreneur. “what’s” gonna happen. When company (B.) reaches out to 5-7 of the local most influential commercial real estate brokers in Manhattan (or wherever!) they happened to be currently headquartered.

And they successfully negotiate with these major power players the following mutually beneficial arrangement.

Whose Says Initially Or Continually Getting The Word Out Has To Be Outrageously Expensive Or Overly Complicated?

Simply by these brokers initially sending a carefully crafted, extremely time sensitive email message. (Which you or your outsourced copy writing experts writes.) And they initially send it to every commercial tenant (local business or service) who they are leasing commercial space to.

And here’s the short it. Every secretary who brings the extremely time sensitive gift certificate to your store. And drags any other local female with them. Whose at least 18 and not a current customer.

And who doesn’t work in that particular office. They automatically get to purchase one of your  most popular, mid level selling perfumes. Which usually retails for at least $650 dollars.

They meet the abovementioned conditions. Before the stated expiration date. And they get it at your actual hard cost of X. And the first X number of secretaries who join company (B’s) opt in email list. They also receive a free bracelet (which they’ll get from their local) high end retail jeweler JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotion partner.

You Or Your Major Competitors Really Can Scale Your Long Term Gross Profits For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!

The necklace normally retails for at least $150 dollars. Say what? (Truth told the actual hard cost is just $69 dollars. And every female owner or employee of these businesses or services.

They come alone and they save 10% off any purchase above $300 dollars. However, simply for dragging a female friend, whose at least 18. who doesn’t also work in the same office. And they do so before the gift certificate expires.

They also get to purchase any one bottle of your best selling, 64 oz. fragrances. Which normally retails for $850 dollars a bottle. Simply for dragging a semi qualified friend with them. They get to purchase the fragrance, (while supplies last!) for less than half or just $400 dollars. Huh?

Now entrepreneur I gotta ask you. Does this incredibly simple email marketing campaign strategy, give you the impression, strategic email marketing is dead? Me either.
