Otherwise you’re going to spend a ton of money, waste far too much time and whined up frustrated as can be!

1.) Backlinking secret # one: From now on (whenever) you hear this term “Indexing” all you really need to know about it is this:

This simply refers to the process by which Google (along) with all the other major search engines, actually list your site (web address) in their free (aka) organic SERP (Search engine results page) listings.

No matter what page  your web address actually appears on in their free/organic listings. Your site is now officially ‘indexed.'(And hopefully your online profits are about to increase!)

But here’s what you need to keep in mind regarding Google (and the) other major search engines ‘indexing’ process (which) of course is always constantly changing!

By far their # one criteria they (all) seem to place the most weight on is (both):

A.) The overall quality of your backlinks. Meaning- how much online authority does Google  give the site that’s backlinking (pointing) back to your site. Because the higher their Page Rank (PR) is, the more emphasis Google will place  on them.

B.) The overall number of quality authoritative and relevant backlinks that you have pointing back to your site. The higher Google will rank that particular page over time.

(FYI: The term “backlink” simply refers to another site referencing (backlinking) your web address on their site and thus creating a backlink (pointing) back to yours. Online this ‘backlinking’ process counts as a positive vote for your site (if you will.)

Thus, the more positive votes  from  respected sources (authoritative) sites, the more Google rewards  your site with higher & higher search engine rankings over time.

(And of course it really helps if you’re doing the proper keyword research to begin with.)

2.) Backlinking secret # two: Whenever you hear the term “Deep linking” this term merely refers to another (outside) website that not only backlinks (points) to your site, but they specifically reference a particular page, when they do it.

Basically, you can think of it in layman’s terms such as this. Your local Post office receives two pieces of mail. One simply has your return address on it, but it only has the person’s name that you’re sending it to and the name of the city in which they live,but no actual address!

In other words, it’s addressed to Mary Jones of San Diego,Ca; and the appropriate zip code.

The other has your return address and it’s being mailed to Larry Smith, 27 Rosewood Dr., San Diego,Ca.

Now the post office knows exactly where to send this piece of mail.

Well, ‘Deep linking” which is what the ultimate insiders do, tells Google (and) the other major search engines, specifically where to go on your site, and or blog after they click your link. And for helping them out, over time, they move that specific page up, provided of course, you’re following all the other proven SEO fundamentals.

Don’t Make The Search Engines Guess Where You’re Trying To Direct Your Traffic!

3.) Backlinking secret # three: When it comes to effectively ‘backlinking’  and being properly rewarded because of it,you’ve got to use your “anchor text” correctly.

For ex; how many times have you seen the words “click here” to discover blank. Well, just to let you in on a little known secret regarding the proper use of “anchor text.”

Unless you’re trying to rank for the specific keywords “click here” that is absolutely the wrong way to communicate with Goggle or any of the other major search engines.

Instead, suppose the keyword(s) you’re trying to rank for is “backlinking guide” then you’d want to hyperlink those specific words and make them the highlighted click able link.

That tells Google, this is the specific term(s) that you’re trying to rank for.

Just Becomes Someone Backlinks To Your Site.(Doesn’t Automatically Mean You’re Gonna  Get Credit For It!)

4.) Backlinking secret # four: Here’s another brain dead simple (little known) and rarely revealed secret when it comes to effect ‘backlinking’ strategies.

Some backlinks are what’s known as a”No follow” back link. All this basically means is, for whatever reasons, the person that’s creating this  particular back link, doesn’t want Google to follow the link to the other site.

5.) Backlinking secret # five: You often hear this  term page Rank (PR), basically the short answer is this.

Google uses some sort of secret criteria (often) referred to as an algorithm (don’t ask!)  and based on these (at last) disclosure it’s about 200 different variables. They give your site a page ranking.

Zero being the lowest and ten being the highest. Just so you know (very) few sites ever get a ten!

But the higher the Page Rank  of the site(s) that back link to you, the higher Google ranks your site(s) over time.
