As you previously discovered in part one of series about effectively using powerful lead magnets. Basically because not only are they low cost and  high powered, simply put, they work like gangbusters.

And while the potential marketing possibilities are endless, one thing  is for sure. If (for whatever reasons) you’re not currently using them, you my friend are (without) a doubt  leaving a ton of short & long term gravy train profits on the  table!

Ladies & Gentlemen, this first low cost high powered marketing strategy is so brain dead simple (not to mention) straight forward, it ought be illegal (but it’s not) to charge people money to share it with them.

Institutionalizing your marketing efforts. What the heck is all that fancy gobble -D- gook about? It’s just a fancy way of saying, you do something extremely powerful and or effective once.

Are you maximizing your direct sales tips?

Is it really any secret that the businesses large and small that really do well (over time) learn to master proven direct sales tips? Your business is no exception.

However, let’s be extremely clear here. You simply cannot afford to continue to wing it. You’ve got to get a practical workable (short & long) term marketing plan in place.

Or else you’ll constantly be at the mercy of  your customers, employees and or a temporary down turn in the economy etc.

You also have to begin slowly incorporating the low hanging fruit marketing strategies first. And after you’ve had the opportunity to inexpensively test and more importantly (track) your results.

Then you can go about deciding which strategies to continue and which to discontinue altogether.

Introducing Seven Incredibly Simple Direct Sales Tips That Will Increase Your Profits By At Least 25% Or More In The Next Six Months Or Less!

Obviously some of these direct sales tips are going to have to be inexpensively tested (tracked) and  modified in order to be applicable to your  particular business, product or service.

And unless your particular niche doesn’t rely on paying customers, lead generation tactics, proven referral generating strategies and or inexpensive testing of main power headlines etc.

Then these seven battlefield tested  marketing techniques are easily adaptable to any business, product or service -including yours.

1.) Proven direct sales tip # one:   This first example might apply to any on or offline newsletter publisher that sells three month and or discounted annual subscriptions. Especially a brand  new start up newsletter publisher that really isn’t established yet.

The first mega proven direct sales tip you can use to increase your newsletters long term profits by at least 25% in the next six months or less, is by including at least two free complimentary three month trial subscriptions that your paying customers/clients can give away to one of their friends and or valued associates.

Of course don’t forget  that you can and should give away free three month trial subscriptions that you offer as a secondary gift to everyone that enters your free drawing to win a free 12 month subscription, with other free bonuses of course.

Also along those same lines, you can and should allow other cash starved entrepreneurs to give away your free three month trial subscriptions (and or memberships of some kind) to their valued customer base as a special free bonuses for:

A.) Supplying them with long term bank account filling testimonials of some kind. That they can use from now on.

B.) They can use it as a free upsell bonus to get their customers to upgrade and spend a little bit more money. When they run the numbers they may discover that 10-40% of their customer base (or more) is extremely open to this type of proven long term marketing strategy.

C.) Of course their business, product or service could probably use those all important referrals as well. So why not let them give away your free three month trial subscriptions to every customer and or client that refers any new customers.

Because keep in mine, every one of those potential customers, whether they upgrade to a  full fledged paying customer or not. You still have them as part of your on or offline database. Power list building 101.

2.) Proven direct sales tip # two: This next direct sales tip is for an outside service and or tech reps that go directly to peoples home and or place of businesses in order to provide ongoing service for them.

This type of setting offers enormous untapped profit potential. For ex; let’s take your local outside service cable tech.

Once they satisfactorily complete the task at hand. This is the perfect untapped sales opportunity for the tech rep to offer an  (upsell)  type of VIP customer discount premium service that the customer doesn’t currently have.

3.) Proven direct sales  tip # three: Another incredibly powerful untapped potentially profitable direct sales marketing opportunity, is with the airline industry.

Think about this for just a second. As an airplane is preparing to land,the Captain comes on the PA system and announces to the crew (meaning) the stewardess to please prepare for landing.

And the stewardess ask that you “please” return your seats to the upright position. And then (the good ones anyway) begin offer connecting flight gate information etc.

Why not ask any passenger that’s remaining local to please press their overhead light and have the stewardess come around and offer two things:

1.) A special index size card that has the airlines lead capture page where the passengers  go to and opt in in order to receive special VIP 24 hour advanced notice flight cancellations!

This way they can receive huge last minute discounts on various flights to practically any destination within the country.

2.) They’ll also start systematically surveying their customers and ethically bribing them to do so, in order to discover what their top ten local offline products and service needs are and start lucrative joint ventures with vendors, by passing out special new customer only special discount cards and  coupons for them to use at some point locally, after they exit the plane.

Start Strategically Taking Advantage Of Other Businesses Under Utilized Sales Opportunities!

4.) Proven direct sales tips # four: Any time you mail out any type of physical catalog or workbook of some kind. Start inexpensively strategically testing various offers by including some type of one page 8.5 x 11 single sided sales page insert from one of your top JV partners.

Offer some product or service that’s being closed out to the general public. As long as the discounts are reasonable and the product or service is  relevant to their main purchase. You’ve probably just discovered another underutilized income  stream.

5.) Proven direct sales tip # five: Next, you can and should see how your products or services (and or) a  bundle of several other local entrepreneurs products  and services can be creatively bundled together in order to create a higher perceived value of X, and  let local  charities offer them to their top scale donors as powerful free bonuses.

You not only get to keep 100%  of any additional long term profits as a result of the customers upgrading to long term repeat customers, but you get the benefits of all their future referrals and their bank account filling testimonials as well.

6.) Proven direct sales tip # six: This one is more of a powerful long term joint venture type marketing situation, but it deserves mentioning.

Suppose you run a fairly successful mid sized local auto mechanic repair shop. Why not find a few local car garage parking/rental space companies.

And approach the owner about giving every employee of the parking garage staff a special lifetime discount card of X% off their car repairs in exchange for you being able to give away X number of discount repair cards to the first X number of people that pay their weekly or monthly garage rental bills.

7.) Proven direct sales tip # seven: This last strategy really has the potential to make a local night club owner lots of cash for a very long time.

Every time they experience maximum capacity (and  simply) as both a safety issue and legal concerns.

Instead of just begrudgingly turning people  away! Why not post a few of your best customer service type employees on the  door and pass out really nice womens earrings and bracelets that you get (at cost) from your local joint venture partner jeweler.

Because remember, long after that night, those ladies will be asked where they got that bracelet and or those earrings. And when they mention some specific night club. Where do you think all the other ladies will wish to be from now on? Yep!

Incentive ideas for employees

Really cool incentive ideas for employees.

As you previously discovered in part one of this post series on powerful low cost peak performance based incentive ideas for employees. Recognition (on many) levels is one of the best ways to (both) inexpensively improve and stimulate long term peak performance in both your business and personal life as well.

As promised in part one. Here are the five remaining incentive ideas for employees, in order to stimulate and reward peak performance.

Picking up where part one of this series left off.

3.) You can and should find some low cost inexpensive way to systematically reward your valued employee/associates that have perfect attendance ever 30 days. Give them perhaps a ten dollar gift card to a local retailer like Target and  or Walmart etc.

(Or JV with one of your offline local small business owners and or sevice providers. Every one of your  employees tat has perfect attendance (you define how they meet that criterion) and give them some sort of gift coupon that rewards them, plus make so they receive an even bigger discount for bringing at last one new potential customer with that’s over 18.)

And by the same token, reward 60 – 90 days perfect attendance. Do something really nice after 90 days perfect attendance like, having one of your top local joint venture partners allow you to purchase two large pizzas, wings & two large sodas for cost.

Plus,maybe your business do something really awesome for them as well, for those valued employees that go an entire year without calling out!

Think about it for a second. Your employees that don’t miss work for an entire year, greatly help add to your bottom line by assisting your valuable new customers,long term repeat customers and clients etc.

Plus, they help assist all the referrals from the aforementioned categories.  Don’t you think all that additional long term profit deserves some type of really cool incentive(s!)

Here’s where both you and your local JV partners  might combine efforts to really reward that segment of your employees base that don’t miss a day for 90 days to one year!

Get creative and solicit your work force. And be sure you reward the people that come up with the best suggestions!Like so many extra days off with pay or so many hours at time and  a half etc.

You And Your Offline Local Joint Venture Partners Can Combine Resources And Create Some Really Cool Incentives To Help Each Other Grow Your Businesses!

4.) You should do something really nice on your employees birthdays and wedding anniversaries. An X dollar gift card supplied by one (or ) several of your local JV partners for their birthdays.

And maybe you find a local JV partner that owns a nice Mom & Pop family style restaurant and you create a JV and or cross promotion where on certain days and or certain times of the year, like summer and or winter etc.

The restaurant or whatever the particular business happens to be, agrees to pass out special VIP new customer only discount coupons to your business in exchange for you being able to offer their coupons to both your valued employees and vendors, who of course will share them with their valued employees and their vendors etc.

Just to expand on the vendor concept for just a second. Consider this. Every business, including yours, has some type of established relationship with several other offline local vendors.

Such as a cleaning company, a drinking water supplier, in the case of a commercial building complex, you need the trash bins emptied. Maybe there is a parking car garage business involved as well.

All these vendors (have) both valued employees and other customers, do they not? Which means for sure some of them probably need your products and or services, right? Well, what the heck are you waiting for?

Start networking(joint venturing) already!

5.) You can and should look for low cost high perceived valued ways to reward “most improved employee and or department(s)” etc.

You Find Creative Ways To Constantly Reward Upper Management….. Why Should Everybody Else That Works Hard For You Be Treated Any Different!

While certainly it’s always nice to be told how many days in a row your department went without making any errors.

They’ll appreciate it a whole lot more, when you find a way to reward them by having your top JV partners supply you with some really nice gift cards and or discount coupons of some kind etc.

6.) You can and should reward your customer service as a whole (but) especially any individuals that are personally singled out by name by your valued customer/client  base.

Again, maybe the customer service award of the month, quarter and year awards. Plus, allow any person in customer service that wins any award twice within the same year.

Automatically double their winnings! How cool is that? Meaning- say they won the outstanding customer service employee of the month award twice!

Then make it so whatever their reward is, they automatically receive double. Plus, they are allowed to reach into your grab bag,where they get the chance to really cool instant prizes.

Like fifty to one hundred dollars in cash! Or fifty to one hundred dollars in grocery store coupons to one of the local Supermarkets.

Or a fifty to one hundred dollar gas card etc. Get creative, ask both your employees and your top JV partners for their valuable input. And be sure you reward any employees/associates that come up with suggestions that you ultimately implement!

Of course you should let every employee/associate that doesn’t call out for the entire year, have ago at your grab bag as well. Maybe in front of everybody else during one of your company meetings!

Because without saying a word, the subliminal message will be conveyed! Don’t call out and next time this could be you!

7.) Of course you want to adequately reward certain dedicated years of service, such as one year, five years, ten years and beyond etc.

Most valued employees/associates get or expect nothing and orvery little for being dedicated! You be different and watch your bottom line soar as a direct result of you rwarding it! And no it doesn’t matter what your particular niche is.

These seven simple suggestions/strategies will work for your business, product and or service.
