Proven customer service tip # two: Your long term business prosperity will be greater enhanced any time your business openly recognizes or acknowledges your customer and clients major personal events (such as) wedding anniversaries, birthdays, recent newborns, retirements and or  promotions etc.

Or other business promotions etc.

3.) Proven customer service tips # three: This next one is huge. Does it make sense for you or one of your top joint venture partners to periodically sponsor special one -three day seminars or workshops once every month (or quarter) that addresses your customer most pressing needs or issues.

If for example, your JV partner happens to specialise in a subject that really concerns your customer/client base, offer them two complimentary tickets at special discounted rate (if not for free) in order to attend this offline event.

4.) Proven customer service tip # four: As often as you can and (as soon) as you can, have all your staff that frequently comes in contact with your customers and clients, get on a first name basis with them asap.

Because the sooner they are on a first name basis with (both) them, their spouse (and or) significant other and kids etc.
