Advantages of strategic alliances.

Put the advantages of strategic alliances to work for you.

(And In The Process Out Promote Your Big Buck Major Competitors!)

If you’ve ever wondered how the advantages of strategic alliances can help you, especially when you’ve got tons of competition in your particular industry and a nagging recession as well.

Then this particular post was created especially for you.

Because too many times (extremely) cash starved struggling small business owners (and or service providers) overlook the obvious. And whined up, making, earning a profit far more difficult than it needs to be, not to mention more expensive.

How To Put The Advantages Of Strategic Alliances To Work For You!

How many times have you heard the term “leverage” used as it applies to business. Without a doubt, by putting the advantages of strategic alliances to work for your business, you can harness incredible leverage.

Case in point; suppose you (or someone) you know currently runs one of those local (offline) phone answering services.

Like every other business, you invest a certain amount of your available cash, in traditional  advertising in order to create new first time customers.Correct?

And as you’ve already discovered in a previous post, it typically cost the average small business owner about 500% more to acquire (or create) a new first time customer.

So doesn’t  it just make sense to dramatically lower your upfront out of pocket costs and create new potential long term customers for pennies on the dollar.

While simultaneously helping another savvy small business owner systematically increase their profits as well.

Whenever Two Companies That Share The Same Customers On A Non Compete Basis Get Together! (Good Things Tend To Happen!)

Suppose you and the local phone answering service (decide) to help each other (inexpensively) grow your businesses.

Since your service (a local CPA) firm, specialises in helping small business owners ( LLC ‘s & S Corporations) maximize their tax savings.

And because you’re an extremely savvy small business owner, you’ve created three free “how to” special reports that typically retail for a total $67 dollars.

Since your service is non competitive to the local answering service (and) you both need the exact same customer, but obviously for different reasons.

And the two of you (meaning) the owners of the companies, have known each other for several years, as a direct result of being members (in good standing) with the local chamber of  commerce.

You offer the phone answering service your three free reports (valued at $67 dolllars) and allow them to give them away as a powerful free bonus gift to any of their customers that do any of the following four things.

1.) They give the phone answering service a bank account filling testimonial, be it a video, written and or audio version.

2.) They sign up for a free 30 day trial subscription and they get to keep all three bonus reports (a $67 dollar value), even if they decide to cancel the service after just 30 days.

3.) They refer any new first time customers that retain the service beyond 30 days.

4.) They personally introduce your firm to other local small business owners that they can make the exact same strategic alliance (aka) joint venture arrangement with.

Needless to say, you’ll inexpensively create a bare bones minimum of 25% more businees for little or no major increase in upfront expenses.

Of course, you’ll need to inexpensively test various elements of this approach with the other small business owners, in order to maximize your gross profits.

Because without a doubt, this type of non techie (low cost) marketing approach, will aptly demonstrate the enormous advantages of strategic alliances.

No matter what your particular niche is.

Q.) How soon will you put the enormous advantages of strategic alliances to work for your business?

Imagine for a moment: that your  savvy marketing team is put in charge of revamping Kmart’s fledgling sales. You know that (even though) their current ad budget is extremely scarce, as compared to what it once was.

You still have more than enough money allocated in their monthly ad budget, to create a powerful word of mouth buzz, among Kmart’s ever shrinking customer base.

Here are seven incredibly simple ways to use relatively inexpensive (and totally) unexpected ethical bribes to get your best customers and clients talking!

Each one of these extremely powerful (and totally) unexpected ethical bribes will all but force Kmart’s most loyal customer & clients to positively spread the word.

And systematically lower Kmart’s out of pocket advertising costs. Two ways; A.) By strategically bribing their best customers and clients with really nice (and totally) unexpected word of mouth bribes. B.) And by sending (both) inexpensive offline direct snail mail and online opt in (special VIP) email alerts.

How To Systematically Send Your Response Rates Through The Roof!

1.) Customer retention strategy # one: The first 100  women (over 18) that enters the store between the hours of  8 am -3pm, M-Sat; will automatically receive $50 dollars in grocery store coupons, from one of the local grocers that Kmart is joint venturing with.

No purchase necessary.

You think they’ll tweet about this?  Hello facebook.

2.) Customer retention strategy # two: Any adult (over 18) that enters the store with kids under 12 years of age, will automatically get a coupon that’s good for 20% off any kids DVD’s.

Plus, they’ll also receive a temporary discount card that’s good for 20%  off their next three visits to Kmart’s food cart. Kmart will simply hole punch the card each time.(They have to use within 60 days of the initial date it was issued.)

3.) Customer retention strategy # three: The next 100 women (over 18) that enter the store will automatically receive a $25 dollar gas card, plus a nice woman’s bracelet that’s valued at $50 dollars.

4.) Customer retention strategy # four: Any women that enter the store that are visibly pregnant automatically receive a free 16 oz. mini sample of Kmart’s current best selling fragrance in Kmart’s cosmetics department.

Ethical Bribes Are A Mega Proven Marketing Strategy! So Don’t Miss Out!

6.) Customer retention strategy # six: And not to be forgotten (or ignored) the first 100 men (over 18) that enter the store (M-Sat:) will automatically receive a special VIP discount coupon that entitles them to 10 Red Box DVD rentals (that they get to keep for five business days) with no additional  charge, for just $3 dollars total!

7.) Customer retention strategy # seven: And the next 100 men (over 18) that enter the store will automatically receive a $50 dollar gas card.

Plus, Kmart’s cashier/sales associates will also include a special business card inside every purchasers bag, directing them to enter Kmart’s free monthly drawing.

Every month, two guaranteed winners (one male, one female) will automatically win one large 20′ inch cheese pizza ( and two large sodas) delivered to (either) their job or home.

Plus, each months female grand prize winner will also receive a dozen roses delivered free of charge on their birthday, Valentines day & Mothers day (if that applies.), Plus a box of gourmet chocolates, provided they agree to have the video footage added to Kmart’s blog.

Not to be outdone, each month’s male grand prize winner will also receive a $100 dollar gas card, a nice men’s watch (valued at) at least $200 dollars and a $50 dollar grocer store coupon.

Compare this sort of non traditional guerrilla marketing approach, to simply buying outrageously expensive (local) newspaper, TV and radio ads.

Which approach do you think will yield the most effective viral word of mouth buzz? And remember, these patrons, never expected these totally unadvertised ethical bribes to begin with!

How to build a list for free.

How to build a list for free and start earning income.

(And Build A List Of Highly Targeted Leads For Free!)

As you previously discovered in another post abouthow to build a list for free” , there is a ton of untapped opportunities in using powerful paid “solo & sponsored ads” to (both) grow your list and sell various products and services.

Be it your own products or services (and or) the various affiliate products or services you may be promoting.

For the record the basic difference between a paid “solo ad and a paid sponsored ad” is this; when you pay for a sponsored ad, your ad ( along with a few other paid sponsored ads) typically appears in a section above the less expensive classified ads.

So there is a much better chance of your ad being seen by the subscribers to the ezine.  And as long as your product or service is relative to that particular niche audience.

You’ll probably (either) get a few opt ins and or make a few sales. Continue reading
