At The End Of The Day Entrepreneur Whose Fault Is It?
So I’ve heard your endless bevy of rationalizations ladies & gentlemen. And I will definitely confess! It’s quite an exhaustive lists. I mean. You mentioned the fact you graduated from Harvard!
Or the fact you didn’t formally graduate from high school. Or that you unfortunately served time. Or you were strapped with two kids early on in life.
Or the fact your spouse was a chronic drug addict. Or your parents, unfortunately were either way too strict! Or way too loose raising you. But ultimately the 64,000 thousand dollar question is? Whose fault is it? Continue reading
(Quickly Separates The Dreamers From The Perpetual Action Takers!)
Just for the record ladies & gentlemen. Are you officially against constantly grinding it outbecause? You don’t think your overall results will really be worth the herculean effort involved?
Or are you geometrically opposed to constantly grinding it out because? Truth be told. You really don’t want to have to work so hard. Especially in the very beginning of your entrepreneurial journey.
When more than likely your payoff won’t be that much. While you continuously ponder your brutally honest answer. The rest of us will keep getting after it. Unless you care to join us? Continue reading
So What Potentially Valuable Life Lessons Can You Possibly Learn From The 1993 Hit Movie Groundhog Day?
Clearly some of you. Just depending on both your age and what part of the world you’re from. You already know or sort of remember the classic 1993 mega hit comedy movie “Groundhog Day”, correct? And for others, definitely not so much, right? 😀
Primarily starring iconic comedy legend Bill Murray. In any case. I took the liberty of covering most of the bases. By embedding a brief two plus minute movie trailer video further on into the post.
Basically, the entire premise of the movie. Totally cynical and completely jaded, “Phil Connors,” Bill Murray’s character. Get’s assigned to cover the annual “Groundhog Day” event in totally out of the way “Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. (You gotta wonder “who” the hell he pissed off, right? 😀 )
And while being temporarily stuck in this totally out of the way obscure, but somewhat pleasant little town. He somehow gets temporarily caught in a time warp of some kind.
literally forces him and the townspeople to keep repeating February 2nd, (aka) “Groundhog Day.” (And learns to proactively deal with all that involves.)
Not terribly appealing is it? So what if any potentially valuable life lessons can possibly be learned from the premise of this classic, 90’s American comedy you so skeptically ask? I guess you’re gonna have to turn the page in order to find out! 😀
(Or Just Remain Even More Miserable Helping Your Boss Live Their Ultimate Dreams!)
Look entrepreneur. Believe you me when I say. I totally get “why” you may not like the idea of grinding it out. But if or because you and initially. You alone are totally responsible for not just starting your venture.
But systematically and as soon as possible. Strategically building your business or service. Brick by freaking brick in the beginning. And as you constantly develop all of the necessary skills and resources needed etc.
New and far more potentially lucrative opportunities will definitely continue to come your way. Or if your major competitors continually out work or out leverage you.
Then sadly the opposite will ultimately come true. It really is sort of black and white. Either you tightly strap your entrepreneurial cap on. And readily accept the undeniable fact.
Which is repeatedly grinding it out. Especially in the very beginning of your entrepreneurial journey. Is simply a major and integral part of what you and I signed up for. (Nod your head cadets, because it’s true.)
Or you accept the fact. You continuously punch the time clock day after day. Working on building your bosses dreams. Which or what’s it gonna ultimately be aspiring entrepreneur? Continue reading
How And Why Constantly Being Of Service Is A Proven Marketing Strategy! Part Two
Thanks for stopping by to read/study part two of this ongoing series. About “how” constantly and strategically being of service to your ideal target audience. (On or offline.)
Is definitely a proven long term marketing strategy and tool. And during Dave’s real hey day. (That being primary the mid to late 80’s. And the early 90’s. Before his company got into a bit of legal trouble with the FTC. :-D)
And he later shutdown his entire operation. (And moved on to eventually open an outrageously successful winery business in or near the Napa Valley California area. )
I only mention those pertinent details. For those of you who (for whatever reasons!) May still hold a certain amount of contempt for Dave and any of his most successful contemporaries. Who definitely made a fortune proactively marketing/promoting their “how to” make a fortune in real estate investing courses and or services etc.
