So What’s Really Preventing You From Creating Your Own Digital Products?

Ever thought about starting of opening an offline business of any kind? Like say a local grocery store. You’ll need a storefront, correct? And inventory and possibly full or part time employees, right?

If you try and open even a mom & pop style, single location pizza shop. Those used pizza ovens aren’t exactly cheap, right? And “if” you’re thinking of buying a franchise.

You’re definitely talking about investing some big bucks. (The investment is ongoing as well.) And if it’s an established franchise with a proven track record. You can bet the owner(s) will definitely want a nice chunk of change for it, right? On the other hand, what about you creating some type of digital products? Or providing some type of digital services?

Your cost are almost nothing by comparison, right? Think about it. A useful and extremely practical MP3 recording. Or an extremely helpful PDF (Portable Document File.)

Or a video series. A recording of a webinar. And in the case of a webinar recording. You or someone else creates it once. And you can create different types of cash flow generating opportunities from it going forward.

Or you can add additions to it. Or more advanced versions of it and make it more valuable. Sound like a plan or what? Continue reading

When you’re thinking about choosing coaches or mentors. consultants of any kind for that matter. What specific criterion are you currently using? Does it mater to you “if” they’re primarily theorists?

Or like me do you prefer your paid consultants, coaches or mentors to have at least some type of real world experience about the subjects they accept money for?

They are some situations where it’s probably okay to hire someone with limited real world experience. But let’s suppose, (like me) you’re extremely interested in learning “how to” ultimately get your podcast to consistently rank somewhere in the top 10% of all or most of the podcast in your particular niche. Digital Products Or Services Anyone? (If So Your Timing Couldn’t Be Better!)

So do you already have your own, (state of the art) self hosted WordPress blog? And if so “how” often do publish fresh, “how to” problem solving content to it? (Hopefully at least once a week.) Because over a one year period, you’d have somewhere in the neighborhood of 52 direct sales reps. Say what?

Meaning 52 different pieces of potential client attracting forms of content. And from there you can definitely start strategically adding to your digital products library. (Or at least keep adding to your digital content library.)

Because any one of your blog posts could and probably should be converted into a PDF (Portable Document File) or a MP3 recording. Or perhaps a series of ongoing MP3 recordings.

You can constantly create micro content from parts of your posts and create tweets, lead generating Facebook posts. Or you could use part of them to create posts on Linkedin.

This Is What Makes Creating Digital Products So Cool!

   (As Well as Creating Extremely Low Cost Digital Services So Potentially Profitable Too!)

Can or do you really appreciate “what” low hanging fruit marketing possibilities currently exist, whenever or each time you or your major competitors create some time of content? (Especially highly craved digital content of some kind.)

And it can be a continuous combination of audio, written or video content. Just depending on “what” you consider are your current or future strengths. Clearly a lot of aspiring entrepreneurs have an ongoing phobia about appearing in front of the camera. right?

Or they don’t like the way they sound on any type of audio recordings. And they don’t like to write because? And the list of profit repelling excuses literally go and on, correct?

But make no mistake about it. The moment you or your major competitors start proactively serving your target market. You literally have tons of potentially profitable opportunities to create some types of bank account filling, extremely low cost digital products or services. Say what?

In fact when you create certain types of free lead generating content. You might get creative and bundle it with other potentially valuable digital content of some kind. Or you might turn it into some type of stand alone digital content of some kind.

Entrepreneur If Not Word Of Mouth Marketing! (Then What?)

Are you currently paying for any type of traditional ad campaigns? And are you using social media platforms to do it? And how’s it going BTW?

Are you able to successfully scale your results? Please be brutally honest here for the benefit of my current and future readers. (Thanks!) Have you ever had any of your paid ad campaigns temporarily or permanently shutdown yet? And if so how many times? It totally sucks when that happens, right?

On the other hand (entrepreneur) how much positive word of mouth or mouse exposure are you currently and consistently generating? And if you’re not, why the heck not? You do realize when you and I or your major competitors strategically generate some positive viral word of mouth or mouse buzz.

Now you’re leveraging other influential entrepreneurs influence, social reach, social network, opt in email list or laser targeted blog or podcast audience etc.
