When you think about your current or future digital assets and or resources. What readily comes to mind? Have you recently recorded a 90-120 webinar? Which you could not have all or some parts of it converted into either blog future posts. Or perhaps into a mini e-course of some kind.

Or maybe create an entirely new ebook based off the original webinar. You could also create a more in depth youtube video series. Where you do deep dives on specific nuances of the main subject matter your webinar or special report covers.

And don’t forget no matter how much or how many social media content pieces you could continuously create as well. Basically what you’re ultimately aiming for is the opportunity to create some type of problem solving and value driven seed content for your ideal audience. And once it’s created.

Find various ways to continuously leverage it. To build your opt in email list. Generate appointments. Use it to generate specific leads. Use it to start future conversations. Who Says You Need A Fancy Harvard Degree In Order To Be A So Called Marketing Genius?

Entrepreneur you may or may not have graduated from a fancy, (not to mention!) outrageously expensive Ivy league school. (No worries neither did I.) You may have only graduate from a public high school like I somehow did.

But whether you formally finished high school or not. You definitely don’t have to have a fancy degree from Harvard or any other prestigious Ivy league school in order to be considered a real marketing genius.

Of course no ones arguing “if’ you did happen to graduate from the likes of Harvard or Princeton with a degree in marketing or Business Administration. Your chances, (if nothing else!) of at least being hired by a fortune 100 or fortune 500 company are pretty darn good.

But being effective at marketing and or promoting. Is not really about where you went to school or “what” if any type of advanced degrees you have. (Thank goodness for that.) Continue reading
