As you previously discovered in part four about how to market your business, there is an awful lot of untapped long term money making potential, in the $37 billion dollar a year hospitality cruise ship industry. Don’t you agree?
There are or should be tons of related, yet non competitive industries that should want to be involved, don’t you think. For ex; let’s throw the luxury hotel business and the airline industry into the mix for just a second.
Remember how we added a savvy Realtor and or real estate broker into the mix. The Realtor will start sponsoring annual events on the cruise ships, (on and off )the ship by the way! And they’ll bring 15 to 25 guests each year on these ten to fourteen day luxury cruises.
And either they’ll purchase these cruise packages for 25%- 60% on the dollar from the cruise ship industry, or the cruise ship industry will simply give the packages to Realtor or broker at the cruise ships actual cost. Say what?
And the Realtor will conduct free 90 minute (open to) everybody on the cruise, workshops on how to buy (either) short sale or foreclosed high end properties etc.(And whatever subject or subjects, their market research indicates is an extremely hot topic, for their specific target group(s.)
