Why Do Some Entrepreneurs Prefer Gambling With their Business Over Investing In It?
So ladies & gentlemen, and please be (brutally honest) here! Have you ever got a (so called) hot stock tip from a, you fill in the blank!
And decided, it was high time you tried your hand at individually picking stocks. And how’d that work out for you? Did it, or does it feel like glorified gambling? 😎
Hey, it’s okay if your brutally honest answer was a resounding yes! On the other hand, have you ever gone to Vegas and or taken a shot at “Lady Luck” by traveling to Atlantic city and simply letting the chips fall where they may?
(Note: This strategic approach to investing usually doesn’t have many happy endings either! 😉 )
Well, if you haven’t bothered to, (first and foremost), semi educate yourself, on at least the fundamentals of the stock market in general and investing in individual stocks in particular, then my friend, (I’m sorry to have to be the one to tell you!)
But it’s almost a forgone conclusion, what’s most likely to happen.Would you not agree?
Not to worry though, because this post was not written to bore you to tears, about “why” you should or shouldn’t be investing your hard earned money in the stock market. Quite the contrary.
It’s to make the comparison between someone (that’s) claiming to be in business for themselves, yet their consistent actions, seem to indicate, they’re actually gambling with regards to their business, instead of aggressively investing in it! Let’s take a much closer look, so you can see exactly what I mean and decide for yourself! Continue reading
So How Do You Successfully Market Your Deli Business When Your Marketing Budget Is Practically Zero?Part Two
As you previously discovered in part one of this ongoing series, about how some extremely savvy small business owners, (and or) service providers, can still effectively market their business, in spite of the fact, their traditional marketing budget is practically zero and or non existent!
So we actually focused on “how” a local, (single location) and fairly popular Mom & Pop deli owner, that doesn’t currently have access to a fortune 500 advertising/marketing budget.
Nor do they have friends & family members and or extremely experienced, and well financed local investors lined up, salivating to invest their hard earned money in their business and or service!
And it was also pointed out, if these savvy deli owners, would place more emphasis on strategically saving money upfront, (without) having to cut corners mind you!
They could literally gross the exact same amount of money per day, week, month and or quarter and still net a higher gross profit!
However, part two is going to also advocate how they can effectively market their deli business, even though their traditional marketing budget, is practically zero!Let’s see how they might strategically go about gradually and consistently, generating more and more income! Continue reading
So How Do You Successfully Market Your Deli Business When Your Marketing Budget Is Practically Zero?
Honestly, has there ever been in time, in your current or past business business ventures, when you were (literally) attempting (once again) to successfully market your, business, products and or services and your initial marketing budget, was all but non existent?
(Or it was barely existent on paper only, in and of the fact, you had allocated for it on your computer generated spread sheet! 😎 )
Does that sound like an all too familiar tune? And even though you attempted at being, (what some might) refer to as mildly creative, your best efforts, (ultimately) came up just a little bit short!Again! You too! Congratulations and welcome to “the real world!” 😉
While it’s definitely an undeniable fact, that you may not necessarily need a fortune 500 type of marketingbudget, in order to make a real go of it.
But (entrepreneur) what you lack in readily available cash, you (or somebody within) your organization, better be able to make up, (at least) part of that difference, with some good old fashion marketingknow how. That at some point, definitely yields some bankable results!Would you not agree? Great!
So let’s see “how” in the world, you (and or) one of your major (local) competitors, could successfully market your cash starved deli, even though (truth told), your so called marketing/advertising budget, is practically zero! Continue reading

How To Market Your Business Using An Effective Marketing Strategy!Part Five
As you previously discovered in part five of this ongoing series, about how to market your business effectively, by not ignoring or neglecting your all important exit strategy. Well, it turns out, long before you actually get to your exit strategy, there are several untapped, readily available income streams, you can and should strategically tap. Don’t you agree?
Case in point: as you recall in part five, the fashion designer was hosting these on ship fashion shows. Entrepreneur, here’s the (real) overall concept, the clothing designer is looking to network with a semi qualified ready available audience, that definitely has the financial means to purchase their products (and back end) services.
And since the typical cruise ship purchaser, has a six figure income, this type of approach, is definitely worth looking into. Don’t you agree?
How To Market Your Business So You Don’t Spend A Fortune On Conventional Advertising Methods!
Now then, picking up where the fashion designer (hypothetical) example left off. The fashion designer is also going to offer a special surprise unannounced free drawing! Yep! They will allow every female (or guy!) for that matter, that spends over $500 dollars at the show, they’ll get a chance to draw for $500 dollars worth of whatever they want!
Think about it for a second. The grand prize winner gets to choose a combination of whatever they want, as long as the total combination doesn’t exceed $500 dollars. Do you think they’ll be posting anything on Facebook or tweeting about it? What about all the other women’s that spent over $500 dollars, but were only the runner ups!
Here’s the other proven ninja marketing tactic they’ll implement, any lady that spends at least $500 dollars (or x) their husband, boyfriend, significant other, son, boss, father, or father or son in law etc, they automatically get to buy any mens watch that normally retails for $500 dollars or more, the men can buy it at the actual jewelers cost or the women can buy any one watch at the jewelers actual cost, as long as the watch retails for at least $500 dollars or more!
Now ladies & gentlemen, don’t you think these type of proven “think outside the box” marketing strategies, will create some serious long term word of mouth & mouse publicity!
You’re probably right. So when it comes to answering the burning question of, how to market your business, more effectively, does that answer your questions?
