So if there was a an incredibly looming threat would most certainly destroy your business, you’d at least want to know about it, correct? Never mind if there were three,right? well, my friend, the following three deadly major marketing mistakes, most definitely fall into that category!
Sure you can write/create inexpensive test ads that flat out don’t work! But if your roll them out small, you won’t lose your shirt! You’l just have to trust me on that one! But
my friend, if by chance you happen to the following three extremely deadly marketing mistakes! You seriously run the risk of going out of business completely!
Entrepreneur Some Major Marketing Mistakes Are Deadly Than Others!
And the following three are to be avoided at all costs! because if you commit them too often, it’s “good night Irene!” no kidding! So let’s briefly explore them and then make plans to avoid the at all costs!
This first major marketing mistake, could just as easily be labeled an “oldie but a goodie!” But unfortunately it simply happens way to often! And is committed by far too many otherwise savvy entrepreneurs! With well meaning intentions of course!
1.) Major marketing # one: Entrepreneur just simply working far too hard in your business, instead of on your business! It happens all the time! You’re so close to the trees, that you simply can’t see the forest!
One of the biggest signs that this is true, you unfortunately have develop tunnel vision and you’re no longer listen to (neither) your extremely valuable staff/employess/ associate and or your beloved customers/clients! And the net result is, little by little,inch by inch, day by day your business is slowly grinding to a halt!
Instead of consistently growing quarter by quarter, instead it’s dying a slow death by a thousand (marketing/operational) mistakes! In short, entrepreneur you’ve fallen in love with your business, product or service, to the point, that you’ve fallen out of love with your valued customer/client base!
2.) Major marketing #two: You’re not managing (translated) overseeing the overall forward direction of the business, by instituting the right systems and employees and marketing strategies for maximum profit potential!
Instead your smothered (more like) buried in the day to day grind of merely letting the business run you, instead of the other way around!
3.) Major marketing #three: This last one, is truly the final straw that breaks the proverbial camels back! Your valued customers and clients have unfortunately become a quite distraction!
And you’ve completely forgot, that they’re the real reason you have a business! You start to ask them too jump through far too hoops! Like tolerating sub par customer service! little things, that once were infrequent, now become the norm! like, arriving late more times than not!
Or no longer striving to have really good selection! Not returning phone calls as quickly as you use to! Hiring far too many mediocre employee/associates. And before you can really get a handle on it! Sales have slipped, your valued customer/client base has dwindled on you (very quickly) find yourself having the dreaded “final liquidation sale event!
Poof! “What” the heck happen you ask! No my friend, it’s what didn’t happen often enough! That’s what working in instead of on your business, can and will do! So word to the wise! ‘don’t go there!”
