Entrepreneur you just might find that, simply because your valued customer/client base is hearing from you so infrequently, that’s “why” your overall response rates aren’t nearly as good as they potentially could or should be!

2.) Proven direct mail marketing tip # two: This next one is huge! Entrepreneur, unbeknownst to (probably) 95% of your would be competitors! On average, every month that goes by that your valued customers or clients don’t hear from you. You lose about 10% of your overall effectiveness per month! Say what? that’s correct!

That being (your existing valued customer/client base) and your ex- customers and clients. And each month you want to mail at least type of special offers to both groups. Obviously, to your existing customers, you’ll want to make them aware of any special promotions such as “customer appreciation day or week.” Or your “Wine of the month” taster choice event etc.

And for your ex- customers or clients (if you happen) to be running any type of service business. You want to make them “Irresistible offers” that they simply can’t refuse!
