Creative marketing incentives  (For You And Or Your Major Competitors!)

Ben and I recently invested 45 minutes give or take. Sharing our real world experiences. The good and the bad. In the hopes doing so will benefit you along your entrepreneurial journey.

A ton of non traditional marketing strategies and tactics were freely shared. Because at the end of the day. There are literally a ton of previously untapped creative marketing incentives. To at least be inexpensively tested. Don’t you agree?

So What’s Your Current Market Tested Strategy For Systematically Scaling Your Growth?

I’m happy to share with you the true inspiration behind this particular blog post. As Ben and I were creatively brainstorming during the episode. (I asked “if” Ben was married. And responded. He was happily married. For the last 45 years. Can you appreciate that incredible milestone ladies & gentlemen?)

And since the example I was using was a non franchised retail jeweler. In order to illustrate certain marketing strategies, concepts and principles etc.

I indicated, in my hypothetical marketing examples. Now if I were the non franchised retail jeweler. And I gotta wind. Ben and wife of 45 years. Would be joyously celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary. (Afterall, that’s a pretty big deal, right? 😎

I’d first offer to buy them a romantic dinner for two. At one of their areas most prestigious four or five star rated local restaurants. And this dinner would include a bottle of champagne of their choice. up to $350 dollars a bottle or X.

And they would also be able to pick out any one bottle of wine of their choice. To take home. And it would cost a maximum of $150 dollars or X.

Of course both the high end bottle of champagne. As well as the high end bottle of wine. Will be purchased at the restaurant owners actual hard cost.(Hopefully you can appreciate the advantages of the restaurant owner(s.) Selling them to a non directly competing vendor. With considerable influence in the local community, right?)

Call It Innovative Lead Generation Or Whatever You Want! (Just Start Testing And Implementing It ASAP!)

Here’s the next step in my long term, positive word of mouth and mouse generating campaign. I will rent a local lobby in a popular hotel. Where Ben & his beloved wife of 45 years.

Can invite 50 or X number of their closet friend, relatives, in laws, neighbors and siblings etc. For a huge one night event gala. Music of their choice. Provided by one of the areas top local DJ’s. Who specializes in that type of music.

(Plus as an extra special touch. Depending “what” particular type of I will find her favorite group from the musical era she, (and hopefully!) Loves the most.

And either pay the group to perform. Provided they’re still around. Or hiring a popular “cover” group to perform live at this once in a lifetime event. (Imagine the viral, positive word of mouth and mouse buzz this type of event will cause.)

And literally be spoke about for years to come. Don’t you agree?

Go Ahead And Get A Little Creative And Non Traditional With Your Marketing And Promoting!

Here’s yet another viral positive word of mouth and mouse, non traditional marketing strategy I will at least test. Midway during the event. I or one of my highly trained staff. In the event I can’t personally attend the event. Due to a prior commitment.

I will offer the audience a one time chance to enter a “raffle.” Say what? They can either spend a one time raffle payment of $2,000 dollars.

(Provided they’re smart enough to join my steadily growing opt in email list. 😎 If they do. Then they only have to spend $2,000 dollars. In order to buy a $10,000 dollar watch. Otherwise.

If for whatever reasons. They prefer not to join my list. Yet still wish to participate in the raffle. For their chance to buy a $10,000 dollar watch.

Then they only have to make a one time payment of $5,000 dollars or X. (50% off is still a pretty good deal, is it not?) Of course portions of this part of the event. Will be video taped, correct?

And constantly shared allover social media. And when all is said and done. At least two in attendance. Are going to leave. With a watch valued at $10,000 dollars or X.

So you know this event will be all the buzz. For at least a while, correct. Even tough the final tab might easily top $70,000 dollars or X.

If will have been well worth it. Especially over time. Don’t you agree? If you don’t readily agree. That’s all the more reason to check out part two, agreed? Because you or your major competitors.
