Entrepreneur please don’t let the word “creative” cause your natural creative marketing juices to freeze up. Because simply by at least inexpensively A/B split testing various creative marketing incentives.
You and or your major competitors can and definitely will discover some potentially profitable, non traditional marketing strategies and tactics. To help you move off center. So let’s peel back a few more layers of the marketing onion. And see what you and or your major competitors can uncover. Sound good?
So Let’s Talk About Systematically Building Some Type Of Potentially Bankable Brand Equity!
Quickly picking up where part one left off. Your non franchised, retail furniture store. Has been both strategically and systematically building your opt in email subscriber base for years.
Through the constant use of various types of free drawings. Initially you and or your major competitors could target local women. And then segment them into various groups.
Like moms with kids over and under a certain age. Or local moms who own their own business or service. Or local professional women etc.
Regardless of what these local women do to keep or help keep a roof over their heads. One thing is definitely for sure ladies & gentlemen. They each know at least 25 or X number of other local women apiece. Do they not? 😀 For sure.
And at least some of these local ladies already have various degrees of on or offline influence. Do they not? So you or your major competitors need to be systematically leverage these greatly under utilized assets. Don’t you agree?
Some Type Of Non Traditional Incentive Marketing May Be Just What You And Or Your Major Competitors Need Right About Now!
As always ladies & gentlemen. These are hypothetical marketing examples. Being used strictly for promotional illustration purposes only. (Unless of course a real life case study example is being shared. 😎
As you vividly recall in part one. You and or your major competitors were strategically building your opt in email subscriber base. Simply by sponsoring periodic monthly or quarterly free drawings. Initially targeting the local ladies who visit your store(s.)
The 1st grand prize winner(s), could win a deluxe, Master bedroom or Master Livingroom suite. Which typically retails for at least $7,500- $10,000 dollars or X.
Of course your actual hard cost is half or slightly less. And let’s after five years of sponsoring list building free drawings. You or your major competitors now have a massive opt in email subscriber base of 110,723 subscribers. Say what? 😀 And that’s after 11 or X% have, (for whatever reasons!) Decided to unsubscribe.
So Let The Monetization And Power Partnering Begin!
Ladies & gentlemen for just a moment. Think of the types of potentially profitable JV (Joint Venture) revenue sharing arrangements you and other local, non directly businesses or service providers could at least inexpensively test forming!
You could send some extremely time sensitive, discount coupons from at least two extremely popular. Non franchised local bakeries.
Where your women or general subscribers for that matter. Could just show the coupons via their phones. And on their very first purchase only. Be able to buy up to $40 or X dollars worth of bakery goodies. At the bakers actual hard cost. Say what?
Knowing at least three things are bound to happen. Over and over again. 1.) Those customers will cause a positive word of mouth and mouse power tsunami, agreed? 2.) At least a certain percentage of them will become long term repeat customers. 3.) And at least a certain percentage of them will be more than glad to provide you and or your major competitors. With some bankable power testimonials.
Don’t Or Stop Discounting The Previously Untapped Marketing Possibilities!
Anyone one of those three relatively likely outcomes. Could and definitely should be inexpensively testing. And possibly turned into a long term, previously untapped profit goldmine. Of course you’ll need to constantly tweak and monitor.
But the marketing/promotional possibilities are intriguing, are they not ladies & gentlemen.
No matter “how” you and or your major competitors decide to slice it entrepreneur. You’ll definitely come out ahead. Provided you strategically implement some type of creative marketing incentives. Don’t you agree?
