What’s your take on the term lead magnet? hopefully you too can appreciate it’s definitely not limited to. being a PDF (Portable Document File.) Or a MP3 or MP4 recording.
It could just as effectively be an ebook, right? Or an X page cheat sheet, correct? Entrepreneur systematically creating opportunities definitely starts with developing and nurturing the right mindset. Don’t you agree?
You can use all types of relatively low cost lead magnets. To start systematically creating opportunities. Are you open to exploring few hypothetical examples?

Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s say you and I both own, a single location, non franchised, combination gas station/mini mart store.
And we’re both located at opposites ends of the city/town we currently live in. Unfortunately for me. I’m one of those incredibly hard working entrepreneurs.
Whose simply not willing or open minded enough. To at least inexpensively test some incredible low cost. Now traditional marketing strategies and tactics.
Which explains “why” unlike you! I’m constantly working incredibly hard in my business! While you on the other. Have far more time freedom these days. Because you work incredibly smart and hard on your business.
The Fact Your Major Competitors Don’t See Lead Generation The Same Way You Do! (Can Be Or Become A Really Good Thing And Potential Advantage!)
Case in point. Here’s one of the Joint Venture (JV) revenue sharing arrangements. You put together with a local, non franchised, non directly competing retail appliance center owner(s) in your immediate area.
Follow this ladies & gentlemen. Whenever a local comes in and buys at least $20 or X dollars worth of gas. They automatically get a free Xtra Large “Big Gulp” plastic mug beverage of their choice! Say what? Which is an X dollar value.
And going forward. Every time they bring the “Big Gulp” cup back with them. Instead the current retail price for an Xtra Large “Big Gulp” beverage of their choice. They only pay $2.99 per cup or X.
Plus your cashiers hand them one of the retailers market tested, direct response type of single or double sided business or index cards.
This Is How You And Or Your Major Competitors Systematically Take Things To The Very Next Level Or Two!
Side “A” invites the recipient to enter the retailers monthly or quarterly free drawing. By joining their opt in email list. For their chance to win a state of the art 65 – 75 inch flat screen TV.
Two guaranteed 1st grand prize winners per cycle. One local male and one local female. And if there’s a side “B” on the business or index card. (You know this one particular marketing strategy alone. Will definitely cause a ton of positive word of mouth or mouse buzz, correct?)
It invites the recipient to come to the local retailers store. They come alone and they save 10 or X% off. Up to $100 or X amount of dollars.
However, simply for dragging a friend who’s at least 18. They automatically get to save up to 40 or X% off. Up to $2,000 or X amount of dollars!
And as long as their friend also joins the retailers list before they leave the store that day. They also get to save up to 30 or X% off. Up to $1,000 or X amount of dollars.
Systematically Ethically Bribing Your Extremely Loyal Customer Base Is A Mega Proven Marketing Strategy!
The extremely retailer could also pay the gas station/mini mart owners hard cost. For X amount of pounds of donuts. So whenever any locals buy at least $20 or X dollars worth of gas.
They can buy two donuts of their choice. For just $1 dollar or X. Again, you know this type of positive word of mouth or mouse generating strategy. Will definitely create a ton of buzz, correct?
And more than likely. Unless or until I get with the program. Which business do you think will quickly become the most popular choice?
