Do or have you ever attempted to grow and nourish a new plant? If so you definitely know and understand the ongoing challenges, correct? Although attempting to grow your business or service.
Is nowhere near as straight forward as growing and nurturing a new plant. It definitely has more than it’s fair share of ongoing challenges, agreed?
Basically make it a major priority. To laser focus on filling various gaps in your business or service. And look for the constant opportunities to fill the gaps constantly left by your/our major competitors. Are you up for the challenge?
Who Else Wants To Know How To Grow Your Business Or Service? (So It Can Withstand The Inevitable Heat!)
Even though you or I may not be able to precisely detail mathematically, (to the penny or exact percentage!) How much your business or service has grown year over year. As long as you and I consistently apply the proven fundamentals to steadily growing your business on or offline.
You and I will consistently be ahead of the curve. (But rest assured there is absolutely nothing keeping you and I and or your major competitors. From periodically adding or at least A/B split testing a creative marketing twist or two. 😀
Say strictly for hypothetical marketing purposes only. Let’s say you own outright, a small non franchised, local winery business. And rather than do like 95 plus % of your directly competing peers.
You instead decide not to go completely down the traditional advertising rabbit hole. Which means you’re open to at least inexpensively testing potentially profitable new marketing strategies & tactics. (Good for you entrepreneur.)
Of Course Some Type Of Proven Direct Email Marketing Strategies Will Be Added To Your Long Term Marketing Mix!
Of course you or your major competitors will inexpensively test. In order to “discover” which particular monthly or quarterly free drawing offer. Consistently builds their all important opt in email list.
But far beyond that mega proven, evergreen marketing strategy. Because the more responsive your/our opt in email subscriber base is.
The less money and other extremely valuable resources you and I will need to continuously waste on potentially expensive, dismally performing, traditional ad campaigns.
Stop Or Don’t Ignore Your Extremely High End Clientele! (Because They Know And Routinely Socialize With Other High Income Earners!)
Think about “how” many local industries which constantly deal with extremely high end clientele. Like local high end art dealers. Or high end law firms that routinely prosecute cases in the mid to high seven and eight figure settlements.
So you allow them to offer your/their extremely time sensitive, new customer discount and or gift certificates to their clients.
Especially around the major holidays. 😀 So those prospects who come alone. They save a mere 10 or X% off any mid or high level purchase of wine. Which typically retails for $650 dollars or $1,100 dollars respectively.
Keep Maximizing The Potentially Profitable Word Of Mouth And Mouse Marketing Opportunities! (Your Best Repeat Customers are More Than Happy To Provide!)
But simply for dragging a friend, colleague, in law or neighbor with them to your store. Whose at least 18.Before you or your major competitors extremely time sensitive, market tested gift certificates expires completely worthless.
And as long as they’re also a subscriber. They have their choice of buying either a mid level or higher end bottle of wine at you or your major competitors actual hard cost. 😀
This incredibly simple marketing strategy ought to cause an avalanche of social media posts. Don’t you agree? So their next few dinner or pizza parties.
They’ll gladly expose their high income peers to some of your best selling mid or high end wines and or champagnes. Throw in a few of your areas top residential and commercial real estate brokers and agents.
And for literally pennies on the dollar ladies & gentlemen. Your winery can hyper grow your business or service. With just a few strategic tweaks here and there. Don’t you agree?
