Income Producing Assets: Why They’re Not Just Limited To Your Awesome Products And Services!

How often do or have you tried to improve the overall quality of your incredibly awesome products or services? (It’s definitely a worthy cause.) But much closer to home ladies & gentlemen.

When you really take inventory of some of best selling products or services. We’re primarily talking the ones you actually own and control BTW. (Not any affiliate products or services you may be currently promoting. Or will be promoting in the not so distant future.)

It may be past time for you and or your major competitors to strategically redefine your so called income producing assets and or resources.

Because they definitely represent more than the products or services you sell/market. Entrepreneur is that not interesting?

Now’s Definitely The Ideal Time For You And Or Your Major Competitors To Strategically Develop A Back End Marketing Plan!

Case in point. (As always, the following hypothetical marketing/promotional examples. Are for marketing illustration purposes only.)

At least some of you probably already know or at least partially recognize the name Bob Morrison, correct? If not, he’s a world renowned direct response marketing expert. And a mega best selling author.

And to date one of his best selling books. Grossed an impressive $600,000 plus dollars on the initial front end alone. 😀 (So needless to say. When and wherever Bob Morrison speaks on “how to” successfully market your book or whatever you’re currently promoting.

You and I definitely need to pay close attention. Don’t you agree?

So What Other Potentially Valuable Assets And Or Resources Can You Possibly Barter With?

Speaking of exchanging one thing of value for another. In essence, I along with every other guest podcaster. In my particular case. I (bartered) exchanged 33 plus minutes of my time. (Just once mind you. 😀 ) In exchange for having the recording link sent to 150.000 of the Smart Agents podcasts opt in email subscribers. 😎

They also freely shared it on their social media channels as well. (Entrepreneur will you look at the long term residual marketing leverage.)

But quickly getting back to Bob Morrison. Do you think some non directly competing vendors would be willing to:

A.) Pay Bob’s publishing company an agreed upon, (one time!) front end fee of X? In order add their single or two sided, market tested flyer insert in his outgoing mail to one of his most relevant buyers list.

B.) Instead of spending a ton of money up front. Pay only the upfront cost of the flyers. And JV (Joint Venture) revenue share with Bob.

Anywhere from 25-50% of the front end sales. After they get reimbursed for the cost of the flyers. That might turn out to be a potentially profitable arrangement. Don’t you agree? 😎

Look Around Because You And Or Your Major Competitors Just Might Discover Some Previously Untapped Marketing Opportunities! (And Or Untapped Possibilities!)

What “if” Bob also agreed to allow any event promoters to give away as a “fast action” bonus worth X! The first 45-60 minutes of his his presentation.

In exchange for them allowing him to keep 100% of any  high end, one on one back end consulting/coaching packages he sells. As a direct result of doing so.

Or Bob could agree to lower his typical front end speaking fee by $1,500 or X amount of dollars. In exchange for the event promotor. Offering one of Bob’s $25,000 dollar high end coaching programs in a free drawing.

The promotor(s) choose the 1st grand prize winner. And Bob’s publishing company gets joint ownership of the list. 😎 This way he can periodically follow up with additional, extremely time sensitive offers.

Ladies & gentlemen, are you sure you don’t have direct or indirect access to some type of potentially profitable, incoming producing assets and or resources?
