Alright then, for all of you extremely rabid sport fans. let’s be brutally honest here and not pull any punches, okay? Is there anything worse than a really crappy team, with at least one or two great or superstar players.
The overall team sucks for the most part. But the one or two really outstanding players keep you and I interested in “how” the team does. Already knowing going in. Most of the time, even with those handful of outstanding players The team isn’t going too far.
But of course, right about now, you’re (definitely wondering out loud!) “What” in the world do star athletes or what connection does their individual performances, possibly have to with your long term entrepreneurial success, correct? great question, and I’m so glad you finally decided to ask.
Understanding The Roles Super Star Athletes Bring To The Table! (helps You Better Appreciate Why Some Extremely Hard Working Business Owners Or Service Providers Still Ultimately Fail!)
So follow this logic. Your favorite or former favorite team has at least one or two extremely talented players, right? Yet the team as a whole just can’t seem to get anything meaningful done. “Why” is that you continuously wonder. Primarily because those one or two outstanding players, can’t overcome teams.
Who although they may not have anywhere near as much individual star power. Overall, they consistently play much better as a team. So their collectively strengths often outweigh their particular weaknesses.
And basically, the same guiding principles apply when it comes to your particular business or service. Sure you definitely, consistently work your you know what off, right? “Why’ or how is it, your overall bankable results are so darn mediocre, you wonder?
My friend it still gets done to your overall system and or processes, (huh?) You currently have no proven back end marketing system in place, right? And you virtually never at least inexpensively A/b split test any type of up and or add on sell techniques or strategies, right?
and entrepreneur (for whatever reasons!) you’re still trying to justify. You still haven’t developed any reliable JV (Joint Venture) and or cross promotional relationships of any kind. With any non directly competing local vendors.
Especially within a 5-20 block radius of your business and or service. Hopefully you’re starting to truly appreciate the previously untapped marketing and promotional possibilities.
Ladies And Gentlemen More Than Likely You And Or At Least Some Of Your Top Joint Venture Or Cross Promotional Partners Are Currently Sitting On A Ton Of Previously Untapped Marketing And Or Promotional Possibilities!
You throw in your not-so-secret marketing weapon. That being strategic opt in email. not just yours BTE. But maybe 1-3 of your most reliable JV and or cross promotional partners as well.
They’re sending their subscribers to your store or shop. To systematically take advantage of some of you and or your major competitors, best market tested, extremely time sensitive offers. Now you’ve got potentially bank account filling marketing leverage working for you on some level 24/7.
Now you’re strategically working on, not just in your business or service. Which is definitely a welcome change, is it not? Ladies & gentlemen are you starting to better appreciate what super star athletes can definitely teach you and I about long term entrepreneurial success?
