Entrepreneur You Consistently Do This And You’ll Definitely Increase Your Marketing Reach!

You have also probably already noticed “how” much consistent effort and ongoing financial resources are really needed. If you’re serious about strategically extending your long term marketing reach.

Whether it’s on or offline. Then you or somebody within or outside of your organization. Definitely needs to understand the basics of effectively utilizing some type of marketing leverage. Don’t you agree?

Otherwise you run the risk of constantly spending 300-500% more to acquire your all important first time customer.

In fact if you and or your major competitors can consistently save anywhere from 25 – 60% or more of your typical cost per lead (CPL)

And those savings can and should be used to systematically grow your business or service exponentially. Are you okay with doing so?

Entrepreneur How Do You Systematically Go About Creating Some Potentially Possible Word Of Mouth Of Marketing?

Have you ever noticed what typically happens when someone in your household has a paid subscription to a magazine?

They tend to leave it out. And as a direct result even though it’s usually only one paid subscriber per household. An additional X amount of fresh eyeballs will read at least a few of the articles in the publication, right?

The exact same situation applies to a household which pays for a premium movie channel. Other family members and occasionally relatives, friends, neighbors or co-workers or employees etc.

They all watch different programs on the various channels. But each household only pays once a month or once a year.

It’s pretty much the same principle when it comes to the viewing/reading of a magazine or local newspaper left in the breakroom of a business.

The company is charged a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription fee. But X number of employees at least glance through it. So “what” if anything does any of this have to doing with effectively generating  some type of potentially profitable marketing reach?

You so skeptically ask.  Great question and so glad you finally asked. First of all, why pay a fortune for wasted circulation?

When for the same amount of money or a fraction of the traditional cost. You and or your major competitors can laser focus on multiplying your overall reach.

Sometimes Systematically Increasing Your Overall marketing Reach Makes More Economic Sense!

Strictly For hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s say you’re a local, non franchised retail furniture store owner.

Your mark up is substantial just like the vast majority of your major competitors, right? But rather than constantly waste your spread, (aka) initial gross front end profit margins on outrageously expensive, traditional advertising mediums.

Instead you might at least inexpensively test the following extremely low hanging fruit marketing strategies and tactics.

The top level residential and commercial real estate brokers and agents. They list, promote, lease and sell X amount of residential and commercial properties per month, correct?

Which means X amount of local men & women view their listings both online as well as in person too, correct?

Why Not Strategically Take Full Advantage Of These Local Influential Men And Women? (Who Are Only Too Happy To Help Spread The Word Under The Right Circumstances!)

While both the broker, (actual owner of the business), or the agents. Neither of them can or will sell potential prospects who shows up to view a property for lease or to actually buy it, correct?

But there’s a very good chance a percentage of them will at some point want or need some brand new or super discounted repossessed or discontinued furniture at some point in the not so distant feature.

So as a potential surprise bonus. Just for coming to view a commercial or residential property  The broker or agent gives each attendee an extremely time sensitive, market tested two or single sided gift certificate courtesy of the retail furniture store owner(s.).

Side (A.) invites the recipient to join the retailers opt in email list. For their chance to enter the retail furniture stores monthly or quarterly free drawing. For their chance to win a $10,000 or X dollar master bedroom suite. (Truth told their actual hard cost is typically half or slightly less.)

Side (B.) invites the recipient to come to you and or your major competitors store. Before the ten or X day expiration date window expires.

If for whatever reasons they decide to come alone. For an extremely limited time they can save 10 or X% off up to $200 or X amount of dollars.

However, simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18. Before the expiration date window expires.

They can automatically save up to 40 or X% off up to $2,000 or X number of dollars.

The Better Your Ethical Bribes! ( The More Profitable Your Long Term Results!)

Ladies and gentlemen for a moment put yourself in the shoes of these local men & women of influence in your local market.

They go alone or with someone of importance with them to view a residential or commercial property.

To either buy or lease a property. And no matter “what” the ultimate outcome is. They walk (or you!) walk away with an extremely time sensitive, market tested gift certificate from a popular local retail furniture  or popular local retail appliance center.

And simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18. For an extremely limited time they can save even more than the typical non opt in email subscriber does.

So you know at least some of them will enthusiastically spread the word both on and offline, correct? So you know a percentage of them will not only come to you or your major competitors store.

And spend a bunch of money. (Some of them over and over.)For years and years to come.

But they’ll constantly refer you and or your major competitors new business. (Which literally cost you and or your major competitors pennies on the dollar.) Plus they’ll gladly provide written, audio or video testimonials.

My friend, this is how you and or your major competitors systematically increase your marketing reach for literally pennies on the dollar. Any questions?
