Why Strategically Scaling Your Business Means Treating Your Customers Like Rock Stars!

   (Or Else Your Major Competitors Definitely Will!)

So “what” would your honest gut kneed reaction be if the following activities happed to you or someone you know over time.

And how would it positively or negatively affect scaling your business or service. If you were the extremely marketing savvy promotor.

When you think about both the short and long term. How positive an impact do you think on and offline positive word of mouth and mouse can and definitely will have.

Once an initially small group consistently keeps spreading the word. Via some really cool pictures and videos. And “who” among us can’t use more and more of this type organic (free) potentially profitable exposure?

Please Don’t Underestimate These Incredibly Simple  Marketing Strategies And Tactics!

Because consistently doing so could potentially cost you a ton of money. ( Both in the long and short term.) For a moment think about “how” much money per lead your non franchised, retail appliance store consistently spends on or offline to generate your typical semi qualified lead.

If you’re using traditional local newspapers or prime time TV or radio ads. You’re spending a ton of money, correct? And the really sad part is entrepreneur. Most of your sales are one and done.

(Meaning unless or until your customer decides on their own to come back to you or your major competitors store or e-commerce site.. They won’t be purchasing again any time soon.)

Although an incredibly simple A/B split test could be implemented right at the (POS) Point Of Sale. Initially have your best cashiers and or employees offer every other customer who spends over $50 or X amount of dollars.

Simply for joining your opt in email before they leave the store that day. They automatically get to  purchase any one product up to $500 or X amount of dollars for your actual hard cost.

Once You Have A Proven Marketing Strategy Or Tactic! (Then You Look To Strategically Leverage It To The Very Next Level Or Two!)

And if your customer initially spends over $500 or X amount of dollars. And they not only decide to join your opt in email list before they leave your store that day. For an extremely limited time.

They automatically get to purchase any one product up to $1,000 or X amount of dollars. Entrepreneur for just a moment. Put yourself in the shoes of a typical customer. Who physically goes to a retail appliance center located within a popular local mall.

And unbeknownst to them. Simply for spending over $500 or X amount of dollars. You are ethically bribed simply for joining the retailers opt in email list.

You get to purchase any one item in the store which retails for a maximum of $1,000 or X amount of dollars. And you get to purchase it at the retailers actual hard cost.

Honestly before you even leave the store. How much texting, phoning and posting on social media would you do? (Bingo.)

So How Much Would This Type Of Promotion Cause You To Constantly Spread The Word Both On And Offline?

Okay so you just brought your $1,000 dollar bonus purchase home. (And remember entrepreneur you literally had no idea whatsoever, when you went to the retailer, they would make an offer like they did.)

So now that you’re home. If you either have a spouse, live insignificant other.

Or if you live alone. If you have kids a certain age. Or if you have no kids t all. You still have current and future co-workers. Or current and future neighbors or siblings and besties etc.

Or if you currently own your business or service. You may have employees or vendors etc. Look at all the potential first time customers (power referrals) you can potentially send their way.

If you’re a female you know “how” much you’ll spread the word in both your favorite hair and nail salon, right?

And by the same token. If you’re a guy you know “how” much constant bragging you’ll do each time you visit your favorite barber shop, correct?

Ladies and gentlemen if it’s still not obvious to you by now. How all this positive word of mouth and mouse activity makes systematically scaling your business or service inevitable.

Entrepreneurship may not be your thing.
