So What Powerful Marketing Lesson Can You Possibly Learn From A Successful Offline Real Estate Investor?

If you’ve been online or thinking about getting started marketing your business o services online. Especially if you’re planning on having any type of blogging component to your marketing or promotional strategies. Then you’re probably already familiar with at least four of the major free blogging platforms, correct?

(Before going any further. You and or your major competitors are about to “discover’ a potentially profitable marketing lesson. Which you can and definitely should learn from a successful offline real estate investor.)

There’s livejournal.com, WordPress.com. (Not to be confused with) the other much preferred free blogging platform WordPress.org. Where you need your own third party self hosting. Where as WordPress.com provides free hosting. But you’re restricted on what you can and cannot do. Meaning you’re not free to post the exact content you may wish to.

And there’s also Medium.com as well as blogger.com and Xanga.com. All of these outrageously popular free blogging platforms. To date have allowed literally millions of people all over the world to have their blogs set up within ten minutes or less.

And the participants can start posting semi restricted content as often as they wish to. So far so good, right?

Entrepreneur Don’t Let Your Business Knowledge Go To Waste By Blogging On The Wrong Types Of Platforms!

So here’s the skinny. Do you currently own or have you ever owned any type of investment real estate of any kind? If so you at least some idea of the types of ongoing expenses which provide some type of legal tax savings and or legal deductions, correct?

For a second have a look at things from the tenants point of view. Suppose you were to rent or lease a really nice apartment, condo and or townhouse. And for “whatever” reasons you decide (without checking with the landlord or property manager(s) first!) To paint both the kitchen and bedrooms hot pink.

Of course this is an over the top example. But more than likely the moment either the legal landlord9s0 and or the legal property managers got wind of what you or somebody did.

You would basically have two choices. Either immediately re-paint these rooms back to their original colors at your own expense asap, correct? Or face immediate eviction. Well guess what entrepreneur. Whenever you and purposely or accidentally violate the “terms of service” of any of the social media platforms.

They can and will either shut your accounts temporarily or worst case scenario permanently. And as of the publishing of this particular posts.

Accounts are constantly being both temporarily and permanently shut down at alarmingly high rates. Especially on certain platforms.

Entrepreneur Do You Prefer To Be The Landlord Or The Tenant? (One Position Gives You Ultimate Control While The Other One Doesn’t!)

Ladies & gentlemen please do not lose sight of the undeniable fact. You and I do not own nor control the social media platforms you/we love to post content to. The Mark Zuckerberg’s of Facebook fame and fortune. And The Reid Hoffman’s of Linkedin fame and fortune.

They’re the landlords. And you and I and the billions of others on these platforms are the glorified tenants. Quickly flipping things back. As the landlord (aka) legal owner of any investment or residential or commercial real estate.

You get to decide which color the bathroom, kitchen, living room or bedrooms will be or become. You get to decide “if” the tenants can legally “sublet” the property.

And for “how” long. You decide if and when the rent(s) will go up. And by how much, correct? That’s called ultimate control ladies & gentlemen. Would you not agree?

The tenants can decide whether or not to rent or lease the property. But they can’t and don’t control ‘how” much the rent or lease is. And they can’t dictate to the landlords whether or not to allow them to sublet the property.

Let’s say the prospective tenant is an absolute wiz at math. And they graduated from a local university with an advanced degree in engineering. Or their great at playing the piano.

And you have kids whom you’d like to either have them as an awesome private math tutor or private piano teacher.
