So how exactly are you going to strategically tweak your sales revenue formula? Okay, so you’re faithfully reading the blogs (including) this one. Whoopee,  but are you making any real progress? Because you know, just reading it, won’t get it done!

You know it’s not always about increasing your revenues. of course, making more money always helps, especially when the inevitable deeps come and even your best customers and clients, have a little bit less discretionary income to spend!

That’s when it really helps, if you can effectively get by on less! But not because your necessarily cutting corners, just that you’ve discovered some effective ways to be productive.

Three Simple Ways To Effectively Tweak Your Sales Revenue Formula!

 1.) Strategy # one: This first (long term) money making strategy, very few small business owners (and or) service providers- ever wanna talk about out loud. it has to do with proactively preventing shrink. Theft people, theft!

Who wants to acknowledge that some of their most trusted associates, vendors or customers, may be shoplifting!

But shrink does unfortunately, come by way of the aforementioned three  ways. With employee theft accounted for at least 50% of your long term losses. So you definitely want to invest in the latest ‘shrink prevention’ methods and technologies!

And incentive employees keeping a look out!

2.) Strategy # two: Next up, if you have any vendors that you are licensed reps for (as in) authorized manufactures reps, small business marketing consultant Randy Kirk, highly recommends that you always make sure that your business website is listed on any vendors “local dealer locators” they may have on their blogs.This is totally excellent advice.

3.) Strategy # three: And finally; if you have any outside sales reps that routinely visit your current customers and clients.

That being the case, why not do a joint venture, where you locate a local small business owner that specializes in baking exotic cookies, pies, cakes and cupcakes etc.

And have them (either) give your sales reps a dozen cookies or cupcakes free and or sell them to you at their actual costs. And have your sales reps drop them off , whenever they do follow up sales calls or just to say “Happy Anniversary!”

It’s a nice gesture and your sales reps can also leave special  lead capture page business cards, that say “Save 20% off your any order, first Monday of every month! coupon available to email customers only!”

The local baker will get exposed to some potential new customers for literally pennies on the dollar! And that’s how the big boys & girls routinely tweak their sales revenue formula!
