Strategic Partnerships Is What Makes Scaling A Small Business Far More Likely To Happen!

Did you also recently get an email announcement from an outrageously successful online entrepreneur/marketer. Sharing Tony Robbins how multi eight figure earners Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi have another mega virtual event in the works.

The marketer I got the email from . His company is a multi seven figure earner a year in his own right. And yet his company is promoting the event as an extremely well compensated affiliate. And why not.

And time you and I get the opportunity to promote a quality product or service which improves your tribes life. I say go for it. Which is proof positive “why” systematically utilizing some type of mutually beneficial strategic partnerships is a proven process for scaling your business or service. but initially you and i can’t simply approach the big boys and girls.

Not if you really wannabe successful over the long haul. Let’s take a closer look at a few hypothetical marketing examples. And you ultimately be the judge, fair enough?

Entrepreneur When It Comes To Leveraging Virtually Any Type Of Power Partnerships! (Starting Small Is A Critical Element!)

Case in point. Let’s take an extremely quick look at a small fraction of “what” the top 10-20 or X% of the most successful event planner (aka) convention or meeting planners do.

To all but insure their top flight events are rock star successful. And they consistently generate a ton of positive, viral word of mouth and mouse buzz. Fore literally years and years to come. (And make no mistake here entrepreneur.)

The top convention planners not only in America. But all over the world. These men & women through their respective companies and or agencies. They bring a specific set of success skills and positive mental attitudes (PMA) to the table 24/7.

But let’s have a quick look at just a small sample of ‘what” they do before, during and after a major event.

Obviously Successful Men And Women Are Constantly Improving Their Skills And Connections As Often As Possible! (Right?)

In order to make darn sure as much as possible goes as planned. These high end event planners and key staff members have to:

 1.) Constantly “know” which caterers to hire and which to avoid.

 2.) Which four or five star locations to not only host these meg events. But coordinate with everyone involved. So they can book the needed space far in advance. So if they have to change locations. They still have time to do so. (And sometimes this requires a herculean effort on everybody involves part.

 3.) They provide grade “A” list entertainment. Which sometimes means more front end expense.

4.) They coordinate seamlessly with local limo or other reliable transportation service providers.

 5.) And of course “A” list lodging for the attendees. Some o whom may literally be from around the world.

Bonus service(s): While it’s not formally or officially mentioned. But it’ definitely totally expected. the “A’ list meeting planners. Will consistently and strategically generate a ton of buzz utilizing social media. And their podcast or guest podcast appearances.

So How Can The Most Successful Event Planners Possibly Help Grow Your Non Franchised Retail Jewelry Store? (For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!)

Great question entrepreneur. And I’m so glad you finally asked it. First of. Think about all the influential men & women the top convention planners routinely interact with. And for a second let’s just focus on the ladies who work for or own their own high end convention planning services.

Now consider the fact you or your major competitors. Routinely spend, (not invest!) Anywhere from $40,000 – $75,000 dollars a month. On those outrageously expensive, dismally performing, local billboard ad campaigns. You typical cost per lead (CPL) is outrageously high, is it not?

So for just a moment entrepreneur. Imagine over an 18-24 moth period. You or your major competitors at least inexpensively tested a few of the following strategies.

You take the cost of one $40,000 dollar a month local billboard ad budget. And use it to strategically create a positive tsunami of viral word of mouth and mouse buzz. Here’s how.

You start these influential ladies off with at least 100 or X number apiece. Of some your best, market tested, extremely time sensitive, two sided gift certificates. In other words power opt in email list building 101 & 102.

Don’t Just See Your Current Marketing Or Ad Budget As Potential Ad Spend Money! (Instead See As Potential Profit Producing Fertilizer!)

You take a pair of really nice diamond studded earrings. Which usually retail for at least $650 dollars a pair or X. And you provide at least five of the areas top event planners, top female executives with them at your actual hard cost of half or X. (We’ll go into far more detail in part two, okay?)

For now. The moment them provide you or your major competitors with 10 new first time customers. Regardless of “how’ much they initially spend on their very first purchase. You’ll gladly refund their deposit of X.

And the moment they produce their 1st 30 or x number of first time customers for you and or your major competitors. You will gladly give them an extremely eye catching diamond studded necklace. Which usually retails for $2,000 or X amount of dollars. Truth told your actual hard cost is only $1,000 dollars or half.

Hopefully you’re starting to better appreciate “why” systematically forming some type strategic partnerships. Is one o the crucial keys to scaling your business or service. Don’t you agree?
