And that’s on their end alone. And Michael also shared ‘how” the Smartagents podcast has steadily been diversifying (expanding) their audience. So it no longer just caters specifically to helping licensed real estate brokers, agents and licensed mortgage brokers build and brand themselves.

And the best part is. These real estate professionals are intra and inter connected to tons of other industry professionals. Which means you and I have simply have no idea. Both now and going forward “who” knows who will see or hear our particular episode.
And who they know and ultimately share it with etc. Are you starting to see and better appreciate “how” critically important strategically getting the word out can be or quickly become? I sincerely hope so.
Because “if’ you do. Then you start to laser focus your current and future efforts on systematically getting the word out. You probably really don’t currently appreciate the untapped marketing possibilities or previously untapped marketing opportunities you’re currently sitting on. But with a few slight marketing perspective adjustments.
You definitely will. And who knows, maybe one of the countries top mortgage brokers in either their particular state or the country for that matter. They listen to the episode.
