Whose Says Your Ideal Customer Acquisition Costs Have To Constantly Break The Bank?

So when’s the last time you actually calculated your ideal customer or ideal prospects real customer acquisition costs? You really need to find the time to do asap. Because in some cases periodically performing these critically important calculations may reveal “why” you are or soon will be upside financially.

Because if your ideal customer/client or ideal prospect is only worth one dollar per year. Entrepreneur you can’t realistically or financially afford to invest more than a dollar a year or X per year in order to initially acquire them. Hopefully this math and customer acquisition logic makes sense to you. Does it not?

Sadly far too many profit seeking entrepreneurs make this all too basic mistake of simply spending money on potentially expensive PPC (Pay Per Click) ad campaigns. Or traditional offline ad campaigns.

Without first knowing or at least having some sort of semi realistic idea “what” they can actually afford to invest, (especially over time) in order to consistently generate a semi qualified lead and eventual customer. Don’t or stop getting caught in this all too common trap. You simply can’t afford it.

Entrepreneur Make Darn Sure You Have In Place Some Type Of Realistic Customer Acquisition Costs Formula In Place! (Before You Invest A Nickel In Potentially Expensive Advertising Campaigns Of Any Kind!)

Now depending on “what” you specifically do.  (And whether or not your systematically implementing some type of ongoing strategic A/B split testing.) Or “how” you actually go about attempting to consistently generate your ideal prospects or customer/clients.

Sure you can start out writing checks for potentially expensive hit & miss PPC (Pay Per Click) ad campaigns. But word to the wise entrepreneur. Starting out as a green as grass newbie marketer attempting to use any type of paid PPC ad campaigns.

Not only will there be a significant long term learning curve. But you also run the risk of having your account(s) temporarily or permanently shutdown. If happens practically every week somewhere online.

Even some of the biggest most recognizable online gurus and guruettes admit in private webinars they too have had their accounts temporarily or permanently shutdown in the not so distant past.

And they’re experienced. So ‘what” are the odds of these not periodically happening at least a few times with a green as grass online newbie marketer?

 Okay So If Not Paid Ads? What’s A Viable Alternative?

Well, “if” and this is a mighty big if. But if you currently no or little fears of either appearing in front of the camera. Or you have little or no fear of being recorded.

My friend you definitely owe to both yourself and your ideal target audience. To find as many relevant podcasts to be a future guest on. Because in America alone. According to the most recent stats. A staggering 68 million strong. listen to several of their favorite podcasts per week.

And these listeners are typically college educated. And have a higher than median income. And they specifically listen in and subscribe to, (download) their favorite shows.

In order to finally “discover” the proven solutions to their most pressing challenges. And ladies & gentlemen they don’t care “who” actually provides the answer(s) they desperately seek. So either you and I provide them. (As only we can.)

Entrepreneur It’s Definitely Time For A Much Needed Reality Check!

First of all. If for any (extremely valid!) reasons you choose. If you’re simply not comfortable enough to either be video or audio recorded.  I totally get it and the guest podcasting route simply may not work for you as of right now. (And truth told may not ever be a realistic option for you.)

In America alone.  (So it probably applies worldwide too.) It’s said literally millions of men and women. Some of whom are also aspiring entrepreneurs. They rank fear of public speaking, higher than fear of dying.

So you can only imagine “what’s” going through their minds when it’s constantly being suggested they get in front of a camera. Or agree to be recorded. Or set up their own podcast.

Or they get in front of a live crowd. On the other hand. The door of previously untapped marketing opportunities is literally wide open for those among us. Who are more than willing to do so.

Going forward entrepreneur.  You definitely have choices. Because your current and future customer acquisition costs don’t have to be or remain outrageously expensive. Don’t you agree?
