Entrepreneur you already know traditional advertising takes some serious money in order to make it work, correct? And even so it doesn’t automatically mean a mass marketed, non targeted approach automatically equals success, right?
And unless you or someone has extremely deep pockets and a ton of patience. The vast majority of your traditional ad campaigns will simply line the platforms pocket(s) you or your major competitors are advertising on. And do very little driving or dramatically increasing your revenue.
On the other hand extremely profitable marketing has a lot to do with the marketing or promotional psychology involved. Have you noticed this proven process too? This being the case isn’t it time you let this proven strategy work for not against you?
Fight It All You Want But Certain Types Of Extremely Profitable Influencer Marketing Is Here To Stay!
Case in point. Let’s quickly entertain two trains of thought. Picture fanatical fans anywhere in the world. Standing in line to buy tickets to see one of their favorite bands or top pop acts in the world.
(As a matter of fact make it any particular music or one of their favorite comedians.) And the extremely marketing savvy promotor(s) for this particular event have put together a potentially profitable JV (Joint Venture) revenue share arrangement on the back end of their event. Say what?
One which is definitely mutually beneficial to or for the both of them. Here’s the first part of their potentially valuable strategy. As the faithful initially enter the stadium.
And for this particular example. Let’s say it’s incredibly popular/ mainstream comedian Kevin Hart. And let’s say he’s playing New York city again. And his two plus hour event is being held in a 20,000 seat auditorium.
And right in front of where the audience pays to get in. Kevin’s extremely marketing savvy team places two extremely large signs, which music legend Stevie Wonder couldn’t miss.
And they encourage the audience to enter a free drawing, (simply by joining Kevin’s JV partners opt in email list) for their chance to win a free all expenses paid dinner of four with Keven and his extremely capable security team. Say what? It will be Kevin and three other first grand prize winners.
Entrepreneur Can Can Continue To Write Extremely Big Checks On Potentially Expensive Traditional Ad Campaigns! (Or You Or Your Major Competitors Can Get Strategic!)
Here’s “how” and where the proven marketing psychology comes into play big time. First of all. Each time, (say about) two weeks before Kevin or whomever this top act turns out to be. When they start making both their live TV and radio appearances to promote their event. Or latest book or latest movie etc.
They mention the promotional dinner event which will take place (*typically) the day before or the day after the event. (With the occasional re-schedule here and there.)
Which means Kevin instructions both the TV and radio audience “how” they can sign up to win a state of the art 65 inch flat screen TV as well as a state of the art tablet and a credit for a $3,000 or X dollar shopping spree. Pretty cool is it not?
Courtesy of the sponsor of his free dinner drawing offer plus this particular offer as well. And in this particular case it’s a major retailer. And Kevin will be paid by the major retailer picking up the tab for both him and several key personnel on his teams first class hotel accommodations and van rental fees for X number of days.
And Kevin gets to choose a 65 inch flat screen TV and state of the art tablet of his choice. Which will immediately be shipped to any address he designates.
And X number of key members of his team automatically get a state of the art tablet, plus a $1,000 or X dollar shopping spree credit. Which they must use or lose within the next 60 or X number of days or less.
Ladies And Gentlemen The More The Excitement And Anticipation Builds! (The More profitable Things Will Get!)
Now quickly getting back to the live audience attending each event. Every fan who spends between $50-$200 dollars or X for the first three rows of seats. Which are typically the most expensive.
They will be given an extremely time sensitive, two sided, market tested index card. Which the retail appliance center will use to both strategically build their opt in email list.
As well as systematically build their long term brand equity for literally pennies on the dollar. Those fanatical fans who bought the most expensive tickets.
They will automatically get a bare bones minimum of the following three totally unexpected benefits. (Which are sure to instantly create a ton of positive word of mouth and mouse buzz. Which is exactly “what” the extremely marketing savvy retailer wants, correct.)
1.) VIP Benefit # one: Every drawing Kevin’s team offers to those fans who paid the most for their tickets. At least two 1st grand prize winners. One male and one female. Provided they’re of the appropriate legal age.
Whatever amount they paid for their tickets they automatically have their choice to either receive a full refund credited to their PayPal account within 48 hours or less. Or they get to choose receiving a credit from the retail appliance center worth at least 50% more than their refund. Say what?
2.) VIP Benefit # two: All of those same fans will be given extremely time sensitive gift cards worth $200 or X number of dollars each. Say what?
And they have 90 or X number of days to use them.
3.) VIP Benefit # three: They will also be grandfathered in for life. So as long as they remain an active subscriber to the retailers opt in email list. Once a year they get to purchase any one item of their choice up to $1,000 or X amount of dollars.
And only pay the retailers actual hard cost. So you know they’ll be constantly bragging both on and off of social media and constantly texting like crazy about their extreme good fortune, right? Wouldn’t you?
