Remember the last time a business or service you were involved with provided a really positive customer experience of some kind? And not necessarily something over the top. Just a nice totally unexpected something something. You know the feeling(s) you had or still have, correct? Me too. It almost compels us to constantly retell their story over and over again. Does it not? Absolutely.
And of course each time you/we do. Guess what happens to that particular business or service-s traditional advertising cost? They systematically go down. (And tend to stay down.)
But not only that. These rather inexpensive referrals which are constantly being generated. On average tend to consistently and initially spend at least 10-40% more.
And also tend to lead to long term back end gross profits of anywhere from 15-60% more. (Just depending.) Either way. The $64,000 dollar question is. Can your profit seeking business or service really afford to continue to ignore this type profitably? My guess is probably not.

Just delivered a state of the art 55 inch flat screen TV to a local business located in a fifteen story high commercial complex. Which has about ten suites per floor. And once your delivery crew chief gets all the necessary paper work signed, but before they actually leave the business.
They enthusiastically inform the business owner or the service providers secretary or office manager etc. Wit their particular purchase.
They’ve qualified for three potentially valuable bonuses valued at X. Say what? Entrepreneur as you or your major competitors read the initial phase of this particular multi prong strategy.
Put yourself on both ends of the strategy. And watch your marketing perspective shift and grow.
1.) First potential bonus # one. The first potential bonus they will receive is within the next ten days. The owner or secretary/office manager. They text you or your store manager at a special number. And you spring for 3-7 large pizzas with their choice of any toppings.
To be delivered to them from one of your top JV (Joint Venture) partners, who run an independently owned local pizzeria. Say what? This way you know both the business owner and their staff will be bragging both on and off of social media right? No doubt.
Entrepreneur You Gotta Start Nurturing Your Customer Resources And Development Opportunities!
Before diving into potential bonus number two. Consider what the owner or service provider will do. Once you make them aware of this totally unexpected bonus. Which don’t forget. You or your major competitors will buy those pizzas (or barbecue during the summer months) at the pizzeria or barbecue pit owners actual hard cost.
So it’s very inexpensive. But the overall affect on your customers are the same. They’ll gladly share their extreme good fortune with. A.) Other current and future business owners or service providers located within and outside the building. B.) Their current and future vendors. C.) Their current and future suppliers. D.) Their kids of age, their spouse or live in significant other. E.) The building cleaning crew.
(Look at of this free additional positive, word of mouth and mouse exposure for you or your major competitors.)
2.) Second potential bonus # two. You let the business owner/service providers know. For an extremely limited time. Like the next 72 hours only. Every employee, vendor, supplier, CPA or business owner or service provider in the building.
Who they share your specific text number with. (Power list building 101 BTW. Or it could be your market tested, opt in email lead capture page address.) If they come alone to your store. They save 10% off up to $300 dollars.
However, simply for dragging a friend with them, whose at least 18. Before the expiration date. They automatically save 40% off up to $1,500 or X amount of dollars. Say what?

Rest assured a certain percentage of the business owner or service providers employees will not only rush to you or your major competitors showroom. But a certain percentage of them will definitely drag a semi qualified guest with them. Bingo.
3.) Third potential bonus # three. Here’s another little marketing twist which will definitely add positively to you or your major competitors long term brand awareness.
You find out if or “how” many of the business owner or service providers current staff absolutely love extremely great tasting gourmet coffee. And if any one does.
You also provide them with a free twenty pound bag. Which you get at cost from one of your areas best gourmet coffee distributors. Because you hooked up both the distributors and all their current and future employees with state of the art, higher end tablets. This way. You or your major competitors don’t have to keep wasting a ton of money on those outrageously expensive, dismally performing, traditional radio or TV ads.
Because rest assured. These locals will be constantly bragging to any and every one. Both on and off of social media. Coming up very shortly in part two. You or your major competitors will discover an incredibly powerful marketing twist.
