This Is How You Make Customer Loyalty And Retention Far More Likely! (And Profitable!)

Have you also noticed any or every time you or you major competitors run any type of traditional advertisement. Whether it’s on or offline. It has an incredibly short lifespan. Right?

In fact the typical, local prime time radio or TV ad. You barely remember it two hours after it originally ran, correct? And a couple of days later. You’ve all but completely forgotten about it. And so has the general public. Correct?

This being the case. If definitely makes sense for you or your major competitors to invest in some market tested customer loyalty and retention strategies or tactics. Don’t you agree?

Because as soon as you or your major competitors start consistently doing so. You won’t have to constantly invest, (more like waste!) a ton of money on your front end customer acquisition costs.

And you can instead invest some or more of your customer acquisition costs, into some non traditional lead generation strategies and tactics.

And start generating at least 25 -40% more semi qualified leads. For literally pennies on the dollar.

You Gotta Be Wondering So How Do You Maintain Customer Loyalty? (For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!)

It’s actually a great question. And thank goodness you don’t have to try and go the outrageously expensive corporate route. Huh? Meaning you don’t have to try and bombard your way to advertising success.

The major corporations arbitrarily set their annual advertising/promotional budgets and just start spending a fortune on different types of outrageously expensive ad campaigns.

And because they have extremely deep pockets. They can just drill their message into the general publics consciousness by the sheer force of their constant 30-60 second ad campaigns.

Where as you and I would literally be wiped out financially. If we tried to go that route. Agreed? Absolutely. So what’s the solution you so skeptically ask? In a nutshell. You or your major competitors need to embrace some type of proven or at least inexpensively test creating some type of reliable customer loyalty and retention generating strategies or tactics. Don’t you agree?

This Is Why Consistently Implementing Some Proven Customer Loyalty Marketing Strategies And Tactics Is Definitely The Way To Go!

Consider the ultimate outcome to this type of long range marketing strategy. Let’s say your exotic beverage distributorship decides you no longer want to go the outrageously expensive corporate advertising/promotional route. (This is really good to hear BTW!)

And instead you’ve always known and appreciated just “how’ much your positive word of mouth and now word of mouse marketing campaigns have and definitely will continue to mean to your long term success. Right? Absolutely.

And on average since anywhere from 40- 80% of those first time potential customers, who get exposed to some of your extremely great tasting gourmet coffees. They tend to become loyal, long term repeat customers, right?

You decide to start making your gourmet coffee, ice teas and extremely great tasting lemonades available to some of the less visible influential men and women within your local community.

Because truth told. These underground, yet highly influential and affluent men & women. Either work for or with. Or employ countless local men and who by extension know plenty of other local men and women who trust their judgement.

So when they recommend you or your major competitors. Guess whose not only more likely to get the initial first sale. But a vast majority of the long term, repeat sales and referrals too. Bingo.

And this is where you total lifetime customer value metrics start to really add up. Over and over again.

So Why Not Set Up Your Marketing Or Promotions To Generate A Customer For Life! (And Not Just For A Simple One And Done!)

Say for example. You or your major competitors start reaching out to or power networking with local men and women who know, socialize or work with some local fire chiefs.

And you arrange to start providing their stations with free twenty pound bags of some of your best tasting gourmet coffee. Say what? Think about “what” will definitely start happening in short order.

Every fire prevention personnel who passes through the station. Who loves drinking extremely great tasting gourmet coffee or cocoa in the brutally cold winter months.

Whose Says You Can’t Profit Big Time Simply By Being More Charitable!

And some equally great tasting ice tea or lemonade during the brutally hot summer months. especially when it’s free. You know they’ll initially constantly tell, (more like!) brag to their closest friends, current and ex neighbors. Ex co-workers etc.

And you or your major competitors can also make your arrangement of gladly supplying each local fire station with free beverages throughout the entire or part of the entire year. Just depending on each individual arrangement you or your major competitors successfully negotiate.

You ask the the fire chief(s) to arrange to supply any local charitable events he or she is involved with. They agree to also help serve some of your great tasting coffee, ice tea or lemonade at these popular events. Again more free laser targeted exposure.

You could also purchase a barbecue grille for a “closeout” price. And donate it to the fire station. And when they do summer “open house” events. They can serve your ice tea and lemonade and grill the burgers and hot dogs on the grill you provided (donated.)

Just one more reason for the recipients to help spread the word about your great tasting beverages. Bingo.

Creating Customer Retention And Loyalty Status Will Definitely Happen Given Enough Time!

Granted. These type of market tested strategies definitely will not generate massive bankable results right away. But as more and more locals get inexpensively exposed to you or your major competitors great tasting beverages in general. And great tasting gourmet coffee specifically.

You’ll start to notice more and more orders as gifts. And more orders from residential and commercial business owners. And none of this new word of mouth and mouse business costs a fortune.

Instead for literally pennies on the dollar. Because you or your major competitors are sharing your great tasting beverages with some non traditional sources, like local first responder groups.

And local animal shelter units. These dedicated men & women will constantly go out of their way to inexpensively help spread the word about your great tasting beverages.

And as more and more time goes by. They will enthusiastically help you or your major competitors build an army of potential goodwill ambassadors. A few tell a few who tell a few. And before long.

The few start t become the many. Sound good? Can you now better appreciate how you or your major competitors make customer loyalty and retention far more likely and profitable? Say yes.
