(And Stop Relying On Others To Do It For You!)
Will you be brutally honest here? How much money have you invested, in the last six months alone. On some of the outrageously expensive, dismally performing, traditional advertising or promotional campaigns.
And in terms of your results. Are or were you completely or only partially satisfied? And do you honestly suppose that is? Going forward what are you planning on doing about it?
Perhaps a better far more revealing question is. Are you finally starting to appreciate why you should definitely be creating your own opportunity? Instead of waiting or relying on others to do it for you.
Say for example. It may not seem obvious ‘why” your single location, local retail furniture store should be forming a mutually beneficial relationship with a local trash removal company. Huh? Stay tuned because it will….
So You’re Probably Wondering How Do You Create Opportunities For Yourself? (Right?)
Fair enough. Say in the case of your single location, non franchised retail furniture store. Basically you or your major competitors should readily embrace at least some non traditional lead generation strategies or tactics.
Because proactively doing so could potentially open the door extremely wide to some previously untapped marketing possibilities or opportunities.
Case in point. Typically whenever people have any type of so called junk removed. There will usually be some old or no longer wanted or needed furniture included.
‘ And it stands to reason if they’re throwing out old or no longer wanted furniture. They have either already replaced most or all of it. Or they soon will. Agreed? Which is where you or your major competitors potentially come in. Huh?
Because you or one of your top directors of marketing will approach at least few of the local, (meaning) most reputable junk removal specialist.
And initially propose the following (JV ) Joint Venture revenue sharing arrangement. Going forward. Every time the junk removal service gets a call or generates yet another local referral customer.
They will also hand one of their current or future customers, one of you or your major competitors, best market tested, two sided extremely time sensitive gift certificates.
Side (A.) invites the potential customer to enter your monthly free drawing for their chance to win either a Deluxe Master Bedroom suite. Or a Deluxe Livingroom suite. both offers normally retail for at least $3,000 dollars.
But the only ones who get to choose between one 1st grand prize offer or the other. Are the VIP subscribers who drug at least one potential customer with them whose at least 18, back to your store within 30 or X number of days of becoming a VIP opt in email or text message subscriber.
And Let’s Not Forget Or Neglect The Potential Positive Word Of Mouth And Mouse Buzz Your Current Or New Ideal Customers Can Willingly Provide!
The main point of the previous headline is this. Don’t forget or neglect the fact. Your junk removal specialist JV partner(s) and their current and future employees can also be or quickly become some of your best, local, word of mouth and mouse goodwill ambassadors. Say what?
Provided you or your major competitors are marketing savvy enough to ethically bribe them. Huh? All you need to do is see to it.
They either. (Provided of course they initially join and remain one of your active VIP opt in email or text message subscribers.
1.) First: They get to purchase a really nice single piece of furniture of their choice. And either save 10% off if. They decide not to become a subscriber of yours.
And not referral you any new first time customers within 60 days or less. In that case they can still save 10% off any purchase up to $500 dollars.
2.) Second: Or provided they become and remain active subscribers. Then both they and their immediate family members get to purchase up to $1,500 dollars worth of furniture and save up to 40% off your current retail prices.
This way you know they’ll be constantly bragging to their closest family members, friends, current or ex neighbors etc. Both on and off of social media. Agreed?
Your Business Or Service Has More Than one Proven Way To Scale!
3.) Third: As long as they remain an active VIP email or text message subscriber. Every 90 days give or take. They get to pass out at least 25 of you or your major competitors extremely time sensitive gift certificates to whoever they wish to.
And simply by signing the side (B.) of your extremely time sensitive gift certificates. (In the referred by section.) They simply print their first and last name.
They get $50 dollars per lead which converts into a paying customer for your retail future store. And both you or your major competitors gladly pay an additional $250 dollar bonus each month, for the individual who generates the most referral customers per month.
