But guess what else, her typical price range reveals? The men & women who can afford to purchase a house in that particular price range.

Guess who they normally socialize and vacation with? And who they tend to work with, for or live next to? Bingo. Men & women in the same financial circles.

The Closer You And I Get To the Source! (The More Potentially Profitable Things Can Be Or Ultimately Become!)

Case in point. What type of designer jewelry, do you think men & women who can afford to live in a home or townhouse worth a half a million dollars or more, usually wear? Exactly.

Or what types of cars, SUV’s or trucks, do you think they normally drive? And more times than not. If they have school age kids. Do you think those kids attend public or private school?

And do you think, more times than not, their kids, if they’re at all active in any type of competitive sports activities. Do they normally get their fair share of private lessons? You’d better believe it.

So “what” if anything, does any of this potentially have to do with, you or the successful, female residential real estate agent, taking your marketing plan, to the very next level or two? So glad you finally asked.

Keep in mind. This extremely marketing savvy real estate agent. She definitely knows, “whose” who, in her local market, does she not? Absolutely.

This Is Why Having Direct Or Indirect Access To The Right Major Influence-rs Is Critically Important!

Say for example. One of her past customers, have just welcomed their third child into the world. And suddenly, they’re in need of a larger, even more expensive home, correct?

Or one of her current customers, who’ve lived in their home, for at least nine years. Unfortunately, their roof, is definitely starting to show major signs, it needs some serious repair work done.

This is why it makes sense, this real estate agent, be in constant contact, with at least two or three, reputable, local roofers, who do quality work. Correct? Or what about one of her past customers, who after eleven years of marital bliss.

Sadly, have decided to divorce and go their separate ways. And things are complicated, because of their three kids and the seven figure business, they own jointly.

This is why, this extremely savvy real estate agent. Not only remains in constant contact, with one of the areas top divorce lawyer specialist. But also, one of the areas top, female CFP’s (Certified Financial Planners.)

Who can carefully walk the agents female customer/clientele, through the often tricky process, of declaring assets or resources. And “how to” do so. For maximum profitability.

She’s also quick, to direct them, to at least two, local upscale restaurant owners, she currently has some very lucrative JV (Joint Venture) arrangements with.

Because on average, for every ten, first time customers, she recommends to these local restaurateurs. Via, their extremely time sensitive, gift certificates, for fist time customers only.  On average, about 40% or four of them, become, long term repeat customers.

Plus, she also has an extremely lucrative JV arrangement, with a local, retail jeweler as well as a retail furniture concern. This way, whenever her current, future or past customers, indicate, they definitely want some new furniture of any kind.

If not for them. But maybe for their kids first apartment or home etc. The agent turns them on to her retail furniture owner(s.)

Because all of the previously mentioned above, non directly competing vendors. Are all on (either) the real estate broker or agents, opt in email/mobile marketing lists.
