It’s a great question. Or at least, a nice train of thought to seriously pursue realistic answers to.
But before tackling it head long. Here’s a quick question for you. What have you done?
Or what are you currently doing. In order to create some reliable, passive income streams of any kind? Seriously.
Sadly, whenever this critically important subject is brought up, as a topic of discussion. Far too many, aspiring entrepreneurs, of literally all shapes and sizes.
And semi cash strapped small business owners or service providers. Immediately jump to the false conclusion.
You and I, have to automatically be referring to. Some type of digital product or digital process of some kind.
Granted, those potentially viable marketing/promotional opportunities.Definitely have their much deserved place within the discuss.
But truth told. They are an incredibly small piece, of the overall conversation. As you’re ,(hopefully!) about to discover.
Really, what you’re about to be exposed to. From a marketing perspective, is nothing more than an expansion, of your current and future marketing/promotional perspectives.
Thank Goodness Untapped Digital Marketing Opportunities And Or Possibilities Have Little Or Nothing To Do With Creating passive Income Steams!
Before diving head long into this particular subject. Might it be highly suggested. If you haven’t already read, my guest blog post, on Jasmine Hewitt’s, totally awesome mommy blog, on ‘how’ being or becoming, a successful entrepreneur, is far more about having or acquiring, (asap!) the right type of mindset.
Anyhoo. Let me quickly cut to the chase. Basically, the main premise, of that particular blog post. It describes in basic entrepreneurial detail, how even a non business school educated, typical full or part time hair or nail salon stylist.
Not the actual owner of the shop BTW. Can , armed with the right entrepreneurial mindset and some laser focused persistence. Can form a successful, JV (joint venture) partnership type of arrangement.
With local vendors, and create and generate, some type of passive income streams. using or starting with nothing more. Then their current clientele. And a basic to semi advanced understanding, of some fundamental marketing and lead generation strategies or tactics.
And given time of course. Through some observant, strategic A/B split testing and tweaking.They or you, can definitely make a go of things. And start consistently earning some passive income of some kind.
(Extremely important note: I’m purposely watering this example down. So as not to come off as to hype-y.)
Thank Goodness You Definitely Don’t Initially Have To Be Or Become A Certified Marketing Genius Of Any Kind! (In Order To Start Consistently Creating Something out Of Nothing!)
So when or as you read and truly come to appreciate the marketing perspective of the guest blog post. Let’s move the needle again.Huh? And for just a moment. Let’s say you or someone you currently know and respect, for their entrepreneurial and marketing smarts.
Let’s say, this particular lady, is an extremely successful, local, commercial real estate broker. And she helps a local, hair and nail salon owner, find a modest commercial space to lease by the month.
So they can open their hair or nail salon businesses. So imagine one day. Kinda out of the blue. This incredibly successful female broker. Shows up at both the nail and hair salon Just to briefly catch up.
And she’s showcasing, this absolutely beautiful, diamond studded necklace. Which will easily retail for at least $2,500 dollars. Say what?
First of all. Think of the current and future reactions. Of her current and future female clientele. When they see her sporting, not only, the extremely eye catching, diamond studded necklace.
But she’s also showcasing, an extremely beautiful pair of, diamond studded earrings too. Say what? And they normally retail for at least $450 dollars a pair.
So you know at some pint, whether she’s on or offline. The topic of where and how she got that awesome looking bling, will most definitely be, or become the topic of conversation, correct? No doubt.
Here’s Where And How You Consistently Make Your Own Tapped Entrepreneurial Opportunities Possible! Rather Than Waiting On Them!)
Case in point. You know, both owner(s) of the hair and nail salons, (along with), at least some of the full or part time stylists. Will definitely want to know the full story. And ‘how’ they might possibly get hooked up as well, correct? Absolutely.
So she initially shares with both owner(s) of the salons.
How she’s created, this potentially profitable, JV (joint venture) arrangement, with a local, retail, designer jeweler.And if both salon owners, will help her, create some positive, viral word of mouth buzz, for this retail jeweler.
Which will ultimately lead to more, both initial front and back end sales revenue. She’ll gladly reward, (ethically bribe!) both owners, and possibly some, if not all, of their hair or nail stylist, down the road.
With the exact same pair, of diamond studded earrings. Say what? Either at the jewelers actual cost. Or just a maximum of 15 or X% above the retail jewelers actual cost.
