One thing is most definitely for sure.

So called nagging recessions of any kind, are not going away anytime soon, correct?

And since no small business owner, service providers and or aspiring entrepreneurs can actually prevent them.

The next best thing is to try and prepare yourself for them, correct?

Hopefully, after reading part one of this ongoing series, you have a much better understanding, of how to effectively go about, marketing and or promoting yourself out of any so called prolonged recessions , correct?

So Who Else Definitely Wants To Know Why A So Called Prolonged Nagging Recession Doesn’t Prevent Shrewd Small Business Owners And Or Service Providers From Constantly Growing!

As you recall from part one. A local combination convenience and gas station/service garage owner.

Who was open six days a week. M-Sat, 9 am – 9 pm. And on average about 60 local customers a day, passed through their doors.

And because the gas station owner(s), two extremely close brothers, typically charged, just seven cents difference (spread), between the actual price they paid, and what they ultimately charged the general public.

This allowed them to keep the lights on, pay their commercial lease, plus employ two full time store clerks, who didn’t exactly have, fortune 500 types of benefits. 😀

Savvy Entrepreneurs Know Where The Real Long Term Profits Lie In Their Business And Or Service!

But along with the cigarettes, large coffees, bagels with cream cheese, donuts and subs they routinely sold to the daily lunch time crowd. They were able to make a go of it.

Although, truth told. Their extremely loyal customer base, knew full way. It was the extremely lucrative back end of this particular business/service, is where these two brothers, actually generated the vast majority of their long term gross profits.

Because of those brake, muffler and other repair jobs. Those transmission and engine installations. Muffler installations and or periodic tuneups etc.

And they’re constantly looking for some low cost, low hanging fruit marketing opportunities, to steadily generate more income, with less upfront out of pocket expenses.

Some Of Your Most Profitable Entrepreneurial Ideas Might Turn Out To Be Incredibly Simple!

Let’s quickly revisit the math, so you can get a concrete idea, of the type of long term back end profits, which are definitely available, to some of today-s savviest small business owners and or service providers.

Since (on average), about 60 locals per day, stop in to either buy X amount dollars of gas, and to purchase some of the aforementioned items.

60 locals a day, six days a week, equals 360 unique customers per week, or 18,000 unique-s per year.Does it not?

If you figure, the garage is open 50 weeks per year, and closes down, two weeks out of every  year. (60 x 6 x 50 = 18,000 unique customers.

Successful Small Business Owners And Or Service Providers Leverage Current Under Used Assets And Or Resources Into Even More Income! (And So Should You!)

So what about initially testing this incredibly simple, low hanging fruit, income generating strategy.

Approach other local non directly competing vendors, who routinely stop by and either purchase gas and or shop in the (slightly overpriced) convenience store. 😀

And ask if they’d like to generate at least 25% more gross front end income, for up to 75% less than they currently do now?

This is definitely the type of marketing and or promotional strategy, they’d probably want to know more about, wouldn’t you agree?

Small Business Owners And Or Service Providers Really Do Have Far More Marketing Options Than They Currently Realize And Or Appreciate!

So here’s the deal, you’ll personally help them develop, some type of high response generating lead magnet offer.

In order to induce (ethically bribe), the convenience stores extremely loyal customers, into giving their business and or service a try.

So initially, the extremely marketing savvy convenience store, will do an initial A/B split test. By having each of their two full time clerks, place two separate types of lead generation offers, from the non directly competing vendor, in their customers bags.

And once they discover which (if) either offer produces the best response.

This particular market tested offer, now goes on either side (A.) or side (B.) of either a two sided flyer and or two sided index type of card.

There Really Are Some Incredibly Simple Ways To Consistently Generate Some Bank Account Filling Marketing Leverage!

And since both sides of the flyers, and or index cards, are basically extremely limited, first time customer only offers, from two local, non directly competing vendors.

The convenience store owner, initially charges both vendors, $5 dollars apiece, to have the offers included in the convenience customers outgoing bags.On a two sided flyer and or index card.

(Extremely important note: Entrepreneur, this particular strategy just isn’t that complicated, and or over techie now is it? 😀 )

So 60 (or X) number of regular customers or patients a day or 360 customers a week, or 180 customers each, are exposed to two separate offers.

So Is There Any Particular Valid Reason You Can Think Of Why this Particular Strategy Wouldn’t Work For You!

And no matter what the eventual outcome. The convenience store owner(s), just leveraged their customers, and generated an additional $1,800 dollars a week. Or an additional $90,000 dollars, over a 50 week year! 😀 ($1,800 per week x 50 weeks per year = an additional $90,000 dollars!)

Ladies & gentlemen, are you following this?

If so, you’ll discover even more money making madness in part two, okay?

But for now, can you much better appreciate, why a so called, prolonged nagging recession, definitely doesn’t prevent some of today-s savviest small business owners and or service providers, from steadily increasing their income!
