And equally important, you can see and appreciate, how having access to a reputable, paid email service provider, allows you to systematically build trust over time, with both your ideal prospects and customers.

Especially, if money is tight, and you don’t have unlimited access to other extremely valuable assets.

Being able to periodically send your list of opt in email subscribers,either a pre written, follow up (drip) campaign series, via your paid email providers autoresponder feature, and or being able to contact them on the fly, with an unscheduled, extremely time sensitive ‘broadcast’ email alert message.

Potentially puts you light years ahead of your major competitors, who for any number of reasons, still haven’t fully embraced, the enormous profit generating potential, of strategic email marketing strategies and or tactics.

According to the latest statistics, a staggering 81% of potential online shoppers, actually fill up your shipping cart, but for any number of reasons,(not only) fail to complete their purchase, but they leave your site, (abandon their cart), and the worst part is, a staggering 99% of them, never, ever return to your site. Ouch!

And the vast majority of your major competitors, simply accept this as standard operating procedure.

Your Battlefield Tested Email Marketing Campaigns Are Cost Effective And Practical!

While there is no one single strategy and or tactic, which will totally eliminate this all too common situation from happening so frequently.

Never ever under estimate the power of personalization. Meaning; with regards to your strategic email marketing campaigns, simply by personalizing your email communications, your recipients are far more likely to be receptive to your message(s.)

Case in point, how many times have you received, a snail mail postcard and or enveloped piece of mail, which simply had “current resident” written on it, instead of your real name?

How likely are you to simply glance at it, and end up throwing it out.Exactly. On the other hand, when your first and last name is properly spelled, on a piece of mail, from a company you’ve never heard of.

Don’t the odds of you (or I) at least partially reading the post card and or envelope sent letter, drastically improve? Yep.

  1. Hi Mark! Definitely a well-thought out post. You make a really good point about cart abandonment. If you can find a way to capture email addresses before they hit the cart, then you can market to them even if they don’t buy on the first trip. Btw, I started life as an email marketer 20 years ago, and still love it. Email marketing and blogging are my all time favorite marketing strategies.

          She and her husband, (David) are experts, at helping aspiring online
          marketers, who primarily use blogging and social media,
          as one of their primary marketing tools.

          Although they don’t teach the techie, SEO stuff, what they teach, as
          far as building a successful blog in less time.

          Definitely works. So check her blog out asap. And apply what you learn.
