2.) At least ten people ask where did you get the jewelry from?

3.) They wanna know how much and where can they can get some jewelry for themselves.

So let’s take that powerful free, viral word of mouth marketing buzz and watch what happens. Your next step is to actively look for some offline local (small business) owners like maybe that ladies hair salon, that you’ve been going to for years.

Approach(both) the owner and at least three of the most popular hair stylist. And you offer the following proposal.

You will allow them to pick out any one or two pieces, (like) maybe a nice bracelet and matching earrings at your cost. Or if they allow you to place one of your more expensive hand made ceramic pieces in the business owners shop and the top associates homes as well.

So Why Wouldn’t You Be Sincerely Interested In Some Innovative Sales Ideas!

You’ll give them lifetime discount percentages of X on all future purchases, for as long as they allow the pieces to remain in their home and or place of business.

You’ll get tons of profitable free publicity, plus every time you gain a new customer, you make the exact same offer to them!

Plus, you leverage their personal and professional contacts looking for other local offline small business owners, to make the exact same offer that you made as previously mentioned.

Look at all the additional  bank account  filling free word of mouth publicity you’ll get, with basically zero or very little traditional out of pocket  advertising costs!

How To Really Take Your Under  Utilized Direct Selling Opportunities To The Next Level! (With Little Or No Traditional Out Of Pocket Costs!)

There is a very good chance that a certain percentage of your customers (you’ll need) to inexpensively survey them, and you’ll probably discover that about 20-45% of your loyal customer base would really enjoy and love learning ‘how to’ do it themselves!

That being the case, why not (test) it out by running a series of small to begin with, hands on classes where you actually teach them step by step how to do it themselves. Or as close as possible.

Here’s the other long term, (low cost) money making method you might seriously consider as well. Find out  from all the business owners that agreed to allow you to put some of your best more expensive pieces in their shop.

For free publicity purposes, find out what is their traditionally slowest days and get them to agree to allow you to display your work on those days, if nothing else, you’ll expose yourself to an entire new (long term) potential client base! For literally pennies on the dollar.

So Who Can Truly Have Enough Out Of The Box Ideas To Increase Sales?

Of course you agree up front to joint venture (JV), profit share a certain percentage of all your gross front end sales with them, but you’re also looking for other potential small business owners that you can network with as well.

And of course, you’ll gladly pocket 85-100% of any and all back end generated profits!

And that (my friend) is how a small cash strapped savvy entrepreneur (such as yourself) can strategically take their direct selling opportunities to the next level.
