So how many of these proven email marketing strategies, are you currently using to separate, and distance yourself, from your major competitors?
1.) Proven email marketing strategy # one: It may sound strange, and you may be thinking, (this very first) suggested strategy is just a matter of common sense! And who know’s, you may be right!
But you know the old saying, “common sense is not too common!” That said, be darn sure, you offer your potential subscribers, some type of assurance, their email information, will not be shared and or sold!
In other words, help them feel comfortable, about becoming one of your VIP email or mobile subscribers!
2.) Proven email marketing strategy # two: Here’s another proven email marketing gem.Ladies & gentlemen, don’t try to (initially) collect more truly relevant information, than you need to initially get a subscriber on your list!
Because the more unnecessary barriers you place between them and initially joining any of your lists, the less likely they will! And you know how the story goes from there, right?

3.) Proven email marketing strategy # three: Make sure you have some type of market tested inline (sign up form.) A form which is typically added to the upper right hand corner, (above the fold) of your blogs sidebar, on each of your blogs, (and or websites) most viewed or popular pages.
(Possibly with the exception(s) of your blogs contact or “About Me/Us” page.) This way, no matter which page (or post) your visitors happen to initially land on, they can still opt into your list.
4.) Proven email marketing strategy # four: Entrepreneur, you gotta make sure, your free lead magnet giveaway, is relevant to overall theme of your blog!
So in other words, if your blogs main theme is organic gardening! You can’t be offering a free giveaway about digital photography! Nothing hurts your credibility faster than being in-congruent!
5.) Proven email marketing strategy # five: Make sure your long term email marketing strategy is not just a series of thinly veiled, glorified sales pitches!
Be sure you provide some real (customer/client) driven value. Typically the proven email marketing (follow up) template, is 80/20.
Meaning, at least 80% education/valued based emails, and the remaining 20% can and should be promotional in nature. Your subscribers are not to be treated like your personal ATM machine!
They are real people, with real needs, wants and desires! And if you and I don’t adequately meet their needs, (rest assured) our major competitors will!
