And over the years, this extremely marketing savvy broker, and her ever growing army of full time real estate agents,has amassed an impressive opt in email list, of 6,577 subscribers.And these individuals are on the various specialty lists, she’s compiled over the years.
She’s got some subscribers on various segmented lists, that are looking for proven information, on “how to” buy their very first starter home. Some are are looking for proven expert tips, on “how to” buy bank repossessed (foreclosed) properties.
While other subscribers, are specifically looking for “how to” information, on purchasing their very first, single family home, (and or ) duplex investment property etc.
So needless to say, her opt in audience, are also prime potential consumers, for other local, non competing vendors.
A Receptive Opt In Email List In Some Instances Is As Good As Future Cash!
Suppose you run a fairly successful retail appliance store, and you’re constantly looking for, some rather creative, non traditional marketing/promotional opportunities, that don’t necessarily cost a lot of money, in order to initially implement.

And the brokers, there to pick up the TV, is “alerting” her audience, to join one of her opt in email lists, so they can be “alerted” to any future, “Repossession Saturday” closed to the general public events, you may sponsor in the future!
(And remember, there is no law that says you can’t use this exact same, proven marketing strategy with other, local, non competing professionals!
Effective Lead Generation And Email Marketing Go Hand In Hand!
So the broker, who makes these periodic, (weekly) ‘how to” lead generation type of videos, plus, emails “broadcast” alert emails to various segmented subscribers, also makes them aware of your “Repossession Saturdays,” closed to the general public sales events!
And in exchange for her marketing exposure generosity, you graciously allow her to purchase appliances, for you actual hard cost!
Because, now she becomes a walking/talking billboard for your business, both on and off of social media!And you also allow her staff, to purchase whatever they want, for 30% off for life!
And whenever they bring a brand new first time customer (with them) to your store, they automatically save an additional 10% ( or X%) off their total purchase!
With absolutely “no minimum purchase requirements” necessary!but entrepreneur, (ultimately), this is the real point!
Who Says Strategic Email Marketing Campaigns Are A Big Waste Of Time And Money!
And because the extremely marketing savvy broker, has their very own opt in email/mobile marketing list.
You definitely should be proactively leveraging it, with as many, non competing, local vendors as you possibly can!Because, not only will you save a ton of money, in upfront, out of pocket cost!Right?
But you can literally create an army of brand new first time, and long term repeat customers, for literally pennies on the dollar!
And all because, you decided to strategically leverage, yours or another vendors, email marketing campaigns!

It was worthy to read your post.
The marketers use many strategies to promote and expand their business. It is essential to reach new people and deliver new ideas to them for a Marketer. They use handy tools such as Email and Social Media to find new readers for their post.
It is sad that they don’t give equal time and effort to Email marketing as they give to Social media marketing. Email marketing is more profitable than Social media because it is 5 x times more chances that your post is seen by user in email than social media. Also email marketing enables the marketer to connect individually and build a more trustworthy relationship with customer.
The strategies you described for email marketing are new, cool and profitable.
