Your main advantage being, now you are in far more control of your businesses ultimate destiny, than when you have to constantly rely on other non competing vendors to promote your products, services and or various offers etc.

And both (she) and her staff of 15 licensed real estate agents, each take turns, updating the blog content, at least once per week, throughout the entire year, with fresh,highly targeted, (relevant) “how to” problem solving content of some kind!

And just who do you think, they’ll turn to, (first) in order to list and ultimately sell their home and or investment property!Bingo!

And each month, as her various opt in email/mobile marketing lists, continually grows, her opportunities to power network and joint venture, get better and better!

And the other two, (non competing vendors) are, a local painting contractor, that currently has no WordPress website, and or blog! And therefore, also has no paid email marketing service provider, and has no plans to get one any time soon!

And they also aren’t currently active on, (either) twitter, LinkedIn and or Facebook etc! Yea, they’re pretty much old school! And darn proud of it! And the other, is a local Mom & Pop hardware supply store owner, that also isn’t all that Internet marketing savvy either!

And while they do (at least) have an old school, (static) website.They currently do not have any type of blog, and therefore no opt in email, and or mobile marketing list to speak of.

(Although,) they do currently have a rather outdated offline list, of 700 direct snail mail customers contact info, they’ve managed to compile, over the last 14 plus years being in business, in the local area.And this husband & wife team, absolutely detest, both FB and twitter! (Sound familiar?)

And think both are for individuals, with way too much free time on their hands!

Entrepreneur, you’ve heard the saying, “out of sight, out of mind.” Correct? Well, with your (and or) somebody else opt in email list, (and or mobile marketing list),you can constantly, and or periodically, send your subscribers, reminder notices of; upcoming sales events!

(Or send invitations to live and or previously recorded webinar events, of yours or somebody else’s!) Right?

And make the following, potentially irresistible offer.The realtor will send, (100) of their high end property owner subscribers at a time, some extremely time sensitive offers, (whereby they can save 20% ( or X% ) off the painting of the exterior of their home and or investment properties.

Courtesy, of this local, old school painting contractor, that currently doesn’t have their very own opt in email and or mobile marketing list! (And as previously stated, has absolutely no plans of building one!)

Successful Email Marketing Campaigns And Small Business Owners Go Together Like Peanut Butter And Jelly!

And in exchange for the realtor, dramatically lowering the contractors brand new first time customer acquisition cost! Because the only thing the painting contractor has do is, go out and bid on the jobs, but not advertise to get them!

And because these are higher end, upscale property owners, the contractor will earn much higher gross profits, for each job!Because, some of these initial jobs, will inevitably lead to multiple projects!

Because, they’ll also be asked, to bid on painting the insides of some homes, and or investment properties they currently own, as well as, being offered opportunities, to paint both the in and outside of some of the commercial buildings they currently own as well!

So within the big picture, an initial 20% discount, to get the gravy train rolling,is a mere drop in the bucket!Don’t you agree?

And in exchange for her overwhelming generosity, the painting contractor agrees, (in writing BTW), to periodically paint, (both) the exterior and interior, of the brokers primary residence, and at least one of her investment properties per year, at the painting contractors actual hard cost!

And this annual figure, is not to exceed X amount of dollars, otherwise, the broker also agrees, (in writing) to be 100% responsible, for paying the entire difference above the agreed upon figure!

Retailers Stop Being In Denial About Effective Email Marketing Campaigns And Get With The Program Already!

And here’s “how” the realtors “power 750” , VIP mobile subscribers, can potentially be (extremely) beneficial to the other player in our marketing scenario, our local, Mom & Pop hardware store owners.

Since. just like the painting contractor, they don’t currently have any social media accounts, and or no opt in email/mobile marketing list of their own!

And instead, over the last 14 plus years, they’ve been in business, in the local area. They’ve primarily, had to rely heavenly on two main sources, for potential new business. (A.) Outrageously expensive, local newspaper and or radio ads  (B.) And good ole positive word of mouth! (And now mouse!)

However, (going forward) whenever they promote one of their sales events, the realtor will be only too glad, to send a ‘mobile message blast”, to their power 750 mobile subscribers, alerting them, to be aware, until 4:30 PM, on a certain day, brand new first time customers save X% off of their very first purchase!

Plus, an additional X% off, when them bring a brand new potential first time customer with them, whose 18 and over.

If 15% of 750 subscribers show up.( 750 x .15% = 112) And 40% of them bring a first time guest, that’s a grand total 156 paying customers! (112 x .40% = 44 + 112 = 156)

And the average amount spent is $35 dollars, that means the hardware store owners just grossed an additional $5,460 dollars! (156 x $35 dollars = $5,460 dollars in additional front end gross revenue!)

And the skeptics say strategic email marketing is dead!Who are they trying to kid? Now as is customary during this part of our show.

    Your idea of doing jv’s with people who already have a list is gold.

    It’s critical to get the messaging right. So that’s about the subject line, the body copy, and the offer.

    Businesses can use it to educate prospects about their products. As you know, many people who visit a website are not yet ready to buy. So, why wouldn’t you want to capture their details and follow them up with email?
