And she currently owns her own Real Estate Brokerage firm. And she specializes in high end commercial properties, that often sell for seven or eight figures.
So why doesn’t this extremely savvy (local) jeweler, contact this top level, (highly visible) go getter and make the following offer. Because they’ve discovered that not only is this extremely influential social butterfly, incredibly active in the local chamber of commerce, but (guess where) she also happens to have an active membership in?
The local country club!Alright! 😎 So the extremely savvy jeweler offers this lady one of their extremely popular $7,500 diamond studded women’s watches and matching $750 dollar pair of diamond studded women’s earrings to boot!
And they’ll sell her the watch at their actual cost and basically give her the matching earrings!Why you skeptically ask?Because based on the jewelers calculations, as this local (mover and shaker), who also just happens to earn seven figures a year BTW! You go girl! 😉
As she attends those (high society) wedding receptions (month after month) and regularly socializes at the country club and local (monthly) chamber of commerce meetings etc.
Guess who she’s constantly coming in direct contact with? That’s right! 😉
Other six, seven and eight figure a year earners!And when they see that (fabulous) looking piece of $7,500 bling on her wrist and those equally eye catching $750 dollars worth of diamond studded women’s earrings!
You can bet they are definitely going to wonder “what’s up with that?” And don’t forget (and or) overlook the fact, that one of her closest colleagues daughter in law is now a highly influential (local) “fashion blogger!”

Maybe she can go directly on location and record a video of herself trying out some really cool looking jewelry and other “must have” accessories at the jewelers store!
She might also “tweet” out a special time sensitive VIP discount coupon, so that all of her local followers can bring the coupon to jewelers store and save 25% off any purchase under $500 dollars!
But save 35% off any purchase over $500 dollars, courtesy of the “fashion blogger!” Here’s the other part of that equation. This highly influential local heavyweight, also went to (both) high school and state college with a guy that’s now the number two luxury boat dealership in the immediate area!
And since she’s also very good friends with his wife, she tells both of them about this extremely savvy jeweler and “how” the jeweler is constantly looking for some inexpensive, non traditional ways of getting in front of some of the most influential within the local community!
So after a few business lunch dates, late night phone calls and tweets etc.

The upscale boat dealer strikes a (made in heaven) type of partnership! Going forward, every time they sell a luxury boat for $50,000 dollars or more, the jeweler will sell the boat dealer a $1,500 dollar diamond studded women’s necklace at their actual cost!
And (provided) ahead of time, the boat dealer knows the boat purchaser is (either) a woman, or a married man,or a guy that currently has a live in significant other and or girlfriend etc.
They’ll leave the necklace in a special gift wrapped box, plus along with a box of gourmet chocolates, and (a special enlarged “thank you” card) and an extremely popular bottle of wine from a local winery!
And of course, the “Mack Daddy” of them all, a five foot teddy bear on the bed in the master bedroom!All courtesy of the jeweler!And of course the savvy boat dealer will (either) video tape the new owners as they inspect the boat one last time, just before they officially own it and that’s when they’ll discover their good fortune!
(You really think all of this type of pro-active (direct) strategic access, at some point won’t lead to more business, for literally pennies on the dollar?)
The other smart thing the boat dealer will do is, they’ll simply add the photos (and or) video footage to their (mobile responsive) WordPress blog.
