So How Do You Increase Retail Sales Even Though Your Variable Cost Went Up!Part Three

Hopefully, as a direct result of these first two previous installments, in this ongoing  series,you can see “why” it’s makes total economic sense, for an extremely savvy  entrepreneur (such as yourself)  to concentrate at least part of your efforts and  financial marketing resources, so that you can effectively increase retail sales   (sometimes dramatically), simply by aggressively targeting the top tier of your  customer and or client base.

Because after all, these local highly influential individuals, have direct personal   and or  professional access to a (potential) literal goldmine of other men & women of  similar financial means and or interests.

 And that is   key!

And entrepreneur, if it’s not totally obvious just yet, once you get invited inside the  (proverbial) velvet ropes of their closely guarded inner circle, you have most certainly hit the jackpot!(Or you or your major competitors are darn close! 😉 )

In more ways than one!Don’t you agree? And the best part is, (unlike) your major competitorsyou’ll literally be doing it over and over and over again.For literally pennies on the dollar!And “who” can argue with an arrangement like that?

Just Because You Can’t Control Your Variable Expenses Is That A Valid Excuse Not To Increase Retail Sales?

As you recall, part two was all about aggressively going after and targeting the higher end of your customer and or client base, correct?

Because these are the women that are routinely spending anywhere from $500 to $1,700 dollars on really stylish designer handbags and other (simply must have) accessories, right?

And equally important, their closest inner circle personal and or professional members are routinely doing the same!(And at least 98% of them or more, (and some of the highly influential local organizations they belong to and or coordinate over) are extremely active  24/7 on the various social media platforms too!)

So rather than this extremely savvy local jeweler, wasting a ton of money, month after month, (and year after year) on local radio,newspaper and or TV ads etc, screaming at an audience, 98% of whom, (A.) probably can’t afford what their promoting!And (B.) have little or no real interest in it whatsoever!

Instead, whenever a woman that can afford a $1,700 designer handbag or she’s ready to go on a $10,000  14 day luxury cruise of some kind and or purchase a brand spanking new Beamer and or Lexus!

Entrepreneur any idea “who“she’s going to turn to initially for some much needed advice? Well there you go! Her immediate (personal and or professional) inner circle!

So if while she’s out to lunch with one of her closest girlfriends, co-workers, colleagues and or in laws etc.

And this trusted source just happens to be sporting $2,500 dollars worth of newly acquired bling, that she got as a direct result of a (New customer only, time sensitive VIP discount coupon) that was included in the $1,400 dollar designer handbag she bought  at the annual cruise ship Valentines Day dinner dance/fashion show event!

What do you think she’s most likely to do? 😎 Especially when this trusted source, hands her  a two sided business card they got directly from the local jewelers sales rep at the event, that entitles the holder of the card to 30% off their first purchase, courtesy of the jeweler!Bingo!

You Strategically Work Your Best Customers And Or Clients Immediate Inner Circle Correctly And You’ll Definitely Put Your Long Term Profits On Steroids For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!

Now imagine (if you can), here it is three or five short years later, since this extremely savvy local jeweler, that was originally in third place in their particular local market.

Finally decided to wise up (financially speaking), and instead of simply throwing $30,000 a month (sometimes more) during the height of the annual traditional holiday rush!

They took at least $10,000 to $13,000 dollars a month and started aggressively (and strategically) targeting some of the highly influential women in their local market (and their personal and professional) inner circles!

And they’ve now got a local army of 350 to 500 highly influential women (with more on the way!), actively going about their business showcasing their various forms of totally outstanding eye catching bling daily!

For ex: the jeweler will also make arrangements with the local upscale car dealerships, (primarily the local Beamer, SUV and Lexus dealerships etc;) that also might currently be in second or third place within their respective markets.

And whenever a happily married and or single guy purchases any type of rather expensive luxury car and or RV worth $50,000 dollars and up. Guess what this extremely savvy jeweler will do?

Actually two critically important things first!First (A.) They will see to it that both the car dealership owners and their spouses and or significant others etc; and set them up with a little free and or (sell them at cost) some really nice bling!  😎(B.) And also set up all the secretaries in the office with some really nice $300 dollar diamond studded earrings for free!

(C.) And finally, every happily married man and or single guy, (and if the single guy has a steady) when they purchase any type of luxury automobile, worth $50,000  dollars and up.

It’s Hard Not To Follow The Lead Of The Influential! (Don’t You Agree?)

This extremely savvy jeweler will also arrange to leave a five foot teddy bear on the front seat passengers side along with a short note attached to the teddy bear! 

And the note will instruct them to look inside the glove compartment where they will find a gift wrapped box along with an index card in there.The box will contain one female diamond studded earring worth $250 dollars!

And the note will be hand date stamped ten days out, and the ladies will have the next ten days to physically come into the store and claim the other $250  dollar earring or the offer automatically expires! (Absolutely  no purchase of any kind necessary!)

In which case, she’s still free to come in and buy the other earring  at the jewelers actual cost of $107 dollars plus the necessary taxes and fees or X!(Pretty cool right?)

On the other hand, if either guy (meaning) the married or single man purchased an upscale luxury car or RV or SUV that’s $90,000 dollars or more!

There will be a seven foot teddy bear on the passengers front seat, with the exact same note pinned to the teddy.

But this time when the gentlemen opens the glove compartment, he will discover an extremely popular women’s designer handbag worth at least $750 dollars!Say what?

(Go ahead and smile a little guys, because you just proved (once again) why you are so the man right about now! 😎 )

Plus!Inside the purse (hopefully) unbeknownst to guys, will be a pair of really eye catching diamond studded women’s earrings, worth at least $500 dollars!Hello!

Because remember, this jeweler nobody’s fool, they are most certainly after (both) that particular lady and her high end professional and personal inner circle!

Which means, if her husband and or significant other can afford to purchase a $90,000 dollar vehicle,SUV and or RV, then more than likely, so can the people in her inner personal and professional circle of influence!Right?

And that savvy jeweler is looking to make a giant splash and lock as many of those individuals down as possible!

In the shortest amount of time and for the least amount of money!So they want to create some enthusiastic walking and talking super advocate billboards! 😎

If these “battlefield tested”  pro-active marketing strategies, don’t help this savvy jeweler dramatically increase retail sales, within six short months or less, that might be cause for some real concern!Don’t you think?No doubt!
