How The Ultimate Insiders Power Network With The Right People So Your Content Becomes Magnetic!Part Two

As you previously discovered in part one of this ongoing series, about “how” some of the ultimate insiders power network. Hopefully, you walked away with the understanding that (power networking) has little to and or nothing to do with, the current size of your advertising/marketing budget and or how long you’ve actually been in business, or whether or not your business/firm is a fortune 500 company, correct?

Absolutely. And thank goodness for that. No sir, as is usually the case, real entrepreneurship and therefore the much needed networking (on all levels) BTW, that goes along with it.

Has no pre written size or specific industry requirements attached to it, in order to be cost effective. Instead, what’s really needed, is simply an open (creative) marketing based mindset and a continual willingness to inexpensively test various approaches.

And simply keep adjusting and tweaking them until you find your ideal power networking sweet spot, (if you will.). And that, is going to take some time, patience and serious effort on your part.So let’s see “how’ our hypothetical newbie Real Estate agent plans to take charge of their career and start fast tracking their way to eventual success.

Simply by becoming far more effective at the way they go about power networking….

So How Do The Ultimate Insiders Power Network With The Right People So That Both Them And Their Extremely Valuable Content Becomes More Magnetic?

Now in the case of our hypothetical (local) newbie Real Estate agent. One of the very first things they’re going to do, after they’ve begun to really establish some cred with the various five professionals, in the five extremely vital industries that were mentioned in part one.

Since they recognize the need (and potential benefits) of being extremely active on and offline. For one thing, it’s very easy to stay in touch and address several of the main concerns of their expanding target market via good old social media.

And they also realize that by actively marketing online, (especially via the various) social media marketing platforms, it helps them reach that younger audience right where they live!

So for ex: let’s say they invited a local (up and coming) building contractor that specializes in well maintained bread and butter type of (semi upper middle class) single family homes.

They might ask them the following five extremely relevant questions, in order to get a much better feel of “what” specific issues and or concerns, are really on the top of the list of their specific target market’s minds.

1.) What type of kitchen layouts do they prefer more times than not? 2.) What (if any) type of shrubbery do they prefer in either the front or back yards? 3.) Do they care if their potential home has either an attic and or basement? 4.) Which particular room and or rooms do they tend to inspect first and are most concerned with? 5.) And finally, do these potential house buyers tend to be more of the “Do It Yourself” (DIY) type of repair individuals, or not?

And so on with each of the various five professionals, they’ll gradually interview over lunch.

Because as they begin to find out at least 5-7 pertinent issues that concern mortgage brokers, local investors, escrow agents, bankers and lawyers that specialize in closing real estate deals etc.

Then they’ll have a much better idea of “what” type of  content to consistently create in order to start becoming far more magnetic, won’t they? And they can also periodically tweet out sample kitchen and bedroom layouts and ask for and closely monitor the specific feedback! For sure.

Case in point: Once they start to compile this list of major concerns, that they will methodically keep adding to BTW!

They can create at least create the following five pieces of problem solving content in various forms. And simply by inexpensively testing their overall effectiveness, and or lack there of!

They’ll know which subjects to expand upon, by creating podcasts, short “how to” problem solving videos, multi part mini video boot camps, ecourses, PDF files, ebooks, multi part blog posts, slideshare presentations.Opt in email follow up autoresponder sequences.

Highly targeted Power Point presentations, every other month offline 90 minute free introductory workshops, online webinars, tele-seminars and or on and offline special reports etc.

Power Networking Is Not About Activity It’s About Productivity! (Don’t You Agree?)

Now granted, they most certainly will not be creating all of this extremely valuable (on and offline) content within a short ten day period! No way! But gradually over time, they’ll simply keep adding to their marketing treasure chest.

And they’ll also discover which hot button, free lead generating subjects to focus most on going forward! Such as the following five hypothetical problem solving “top of the mind” subjects!

1.) The top seven home improvements, that are statistically proven to help increase the value of your home and or investment property!

2.) Three trees and plants you should probably avoid planting on your property altogether! (And why!)

3.) The ultimate beginners (first time) home buyers guide! (Don’t even think about purchasing your first home until you read this free X page special report!)

4.) Five little known tax considerations at least 90% of all first time homeowners tend to overlook! (And live to regret it!)

5.) The seven most critical questions every new potential home buyer had better get concrete answers to! (Before you even think about signing a contract!)

Now ladies & gentlemen (and fellow entrepreneurs), do you honestly think, as this newbie agent (and or broker) continually discovers which potential “hot button” subjects are the most potential client solving magnetic!

That they’ll have any real problems, with steadily growing their power network! Probably not! And can you see how they can go from inexperienced newbie,( in time) to a more seasoned main stream power networker, within (say) just 18 short months or less? Say yes!

Now then, can you start to appreciate “how” the ultimate insiders can strategically power network with the right people, and make their content become extremely magnetic? Say yes!
