Remember “how” in part two of this series, our mystery Internet marketing guru, was (and is able) to maximize even more long term profits, from a website that according to some of his extremely misguided critics, doesn’t generate enough free (organic) traffic, to be considered a capital asset.If only they knew! Here’s where the guru puts the cheese on the cracker!
The Real Question Is Why Isn’t Your Low Traffic Generating Website An Extremely Valuable Capital Asset?
Typically about a week to ten days after the guru Internet marketer has appeared at this particular conference, where he either generated an initial upfront appearance speaking fee of anywhere from a low of $10K (if you can actually call it that!) to a high of $20K.
The promoter(s) will send out an email (more like a video sales letter) to their opt list of 15-30,000 (or more) subscribers, and (post the announcement all over their social sites) and invite their subscribers to attend a free encore 90 minute “No holds barred” power Q & A session.(Where absolutely no stone is left un-turned!)
And they get to drill the speaker with their burning questions on the particular subject he’s covering. And here’s three more extremely profitable ways, both the guru and the promoters add even more profit to their respective bottom lines.
1.) First, the guru offers one of his courses that would typically retail for $497 dollars. But because of a special joint venture arrangement with the promoter(s), surprise! He graciously discounts it by a whopping $200 dollars, for the next 48 hours only!
And usually, because of the incredible positive “word of mouth and mouse buzz” that he created at the actual live event. Typically they’ll pack the webinar to it’s full capacity of 1,000 eager attendees! (Which definitely means he’ll make some money!)
And he’ll typically sell anywhere from a low of 38% to a high of 52%. Let’s be extremely conservative and go with the 38% figure.
Which means 380 attendees (recognize the value and take advantage of the extremely limited $200 discount price and they fork over $297 dollars, for this digital information product!
(1,000 attendees x .38% =380 sales of) ($297 x 380 brand spanking new customers = an additional $112,860 gross dollars) (x a 50% JV split = an additional $56,430 for both of them! (For less that two full hours of work.)
2.) Next, the promoters record the 90 minute webinar (of course) and they are allowed to (both ) archive it in their paid monthly membership site and or use it a free or greatly discounted bonus gift! Anytime they sell other high priced ticket products or services!
3.) And typically (just depending) on “how” many people actually attend the webinar. The guru will sell anywhere from three to fifteen of his $25,000 dollar 18 month hands on weekly mentoring packages!
And the trade off is, since the promoters already have a Master Re-sellers license, they can actually monetize the webinar replays any way they wish to! And the guru is content to sell his 18 month $25,000 dollar mentoring hands on coaching) programs, that he graciously agrees to discount by a mere $5,000 dollars!
So the new students get access to the exact same training that others gladly pay $25,000 dollars for! And they save $5 grand! And the guru pockets even more money! And to think, all this is possible, because of a lowly old website, that generates virtually no free (organic) traffic!
Yet as you can plainly see, it’s still an incredibly valuable capital asset! Don’t you agree? (Be sure you read/study diligently parts one & two, in order to really appreciate the full enchilada! And see where the truly big money is!)
